Been going here for years, mainly Dr. Barber and Dr. London. Would never think of going anywhere else. Very convenient location for Poway and Rancho Bernardo. They helped me with various spots, rashes, even surgery for skin cancer. Love that I can call and someone answers the phone.

I'm surprised how impatient the front desk lady can be, TWICE, over the phone. Apparently She doesn't care about what you are saying and doesn't want to listen to you at all. I was transferred to somewhere else twice without even finishing my sentences. It seems that she hates the job so doesn't want to spend even one second on the call. Well done.

Dr. London was kind and professional. It was quick, easy and I didn’t feel a thing. I was worried the procedure might be expensive as it was cosmetic so my insurance didn’t cover it, but I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it was. Thank you so much Bernardo Dermatology Medical Group and Dr. London especially.

Dr. Mark Vierra is always in a rush to get out of the room to see his next patient. He does not stay to answer all of your questions, he just leaves the room.

I had Dr. Francis Barber as my dermatologist. I was so happy that I finally found a doctor that I felt actually cared about my skin and well-being. He was extremely helpful! Definitely coming back again.

Couldn’t have better things to say about this practice! I called for a rushed appointment today, and they made it happen. After moving North, I still drive 45 mins to see Dr. London. Office staff is top notch.

I’ve been seeing Dr Mark Vierra for about 5 years for skin checks every 7 months. He also sees my whole family. Good person and answers all questions and concerns. Highly recommended.

When Dr. Shipman transferred from the Navy Hospital to Bernardo Dermatology I followed her there. She had done MOS surgery on me previously and continued to monitor my skin. She trained me to use sunscreen and wear hats. When she left, Dr. London took over. So far I have been pleased with her care and plan to continue at this facility.
