This doctor does not listen to parental concerns until you put your foot down and demand her listen. She is a pediatrician not a psychiatrist, how ever she has minimal hours as a psychiatrist... makes me wonder if she is certified. Parents need to bring up new concerns. Open your files every so on, and update yourself with client information because everyti.e you call us we have to remind you of her conditions. It is not professional to hang up on clients. If you don't like tour job get a new one.

We absolutely love Dr. Claire! She has gone above and beyond to help my son. She pays attention to every detail and has really helped us find the best solutions to help him out. On top of that, she is so friendly and kind and my son just adores her! I don't know what we would do without her!!

If Dr. Andersen were the only provider in the state and I had to choose between going to her or having my child left untreated, I would choose the latter. As a parent and member of the medical profession, I have never been so disappointed in another "professional." Dr. Andersen appears to have and checklist that is in no way personally tailored to any patient. She wasted our time, our child's and our other medical providers. We absolutely love the children's center--not Claire Andersen.
