Damon C Cobb Do's Online Review Report Card

I saw him for an obgyn related concern, but he gave me some critical advice. Literally saved my life and led me to request tests for a potential illness at another clinic for another matter. Well, things came up positive. If it wasn't for him, I would be a hopeless case, chronically ill with no cure. He does care. He is not like other doctors, who only care about money. He was able to give me a direction of where to look for care, as he does not specialize in the type of illness I have. As a sit here writing this, i think of all the opportunities I will have in life because of him. I would recommend him. He should win all the awards ever to exist.

I'm not sure if it's just me but this process has been super slow, I am 40 and I really don't have all the time in the world. After being sent to another physician for care, they told me they could conduct the testing there but then when I showed up for the appointment, their machines were broken at Dr. Davis's office. You have to jump through hoops in order to get an appointment for your testing, well at least I did. Then after doing all this stuff,  my prescription cannot be filled at the local pharmacy. Now I am waiting on things that are unforeseen, you would think with something so important they would take the time to make sure you have what you need. I am getting my labs from online and working with another facility that actually has time for people. The last call I receive was one of their receptionist calling me to tell me to call the Damon back to go over other options, we have email, can the receptionist help with this... it's totally fine I don't mind going elsewhere when people show who they are. On to the next adventure yeeee! Much happier dealing with others that make you feel like they actually do care.I went down the pages of reviews and it's mainly all fair skinned white women but he has the audacity to use a little black boy as the image to represent for this company but it was obvious that something was off with him and our encounter, which I only had one. Just because someone hires black people doesn't mean they respect them or actually like them. It's almost like that person that says they have black friends but wouldn't be caught dead doing "black things with black people." This is the vibe I get when speaking to him, it's like I'm at an auction and I'm the last person he is worried about helping, which is fine but don't accept patients you can't help/just too busy because you need to deliver babies. Oh but he wanted that consolation check, this is probably how he lures minorities into his little establishment. I recommend reading Sunshine L's review about Dr. Cobb. It's pretty spot on and I just know if I were to get pregnant and try to stay with a doctor that clearly doesn't have time for his patients is a recipe for disaster. I am so glad I've learned to pick up on things like this because the old me would have been like oh well. He wants to be the gatekeeper so bad but hunnnnay that's the Lord Jesus, not a doctor. After reading her review I just knew it would be the same for me, calling to get info but getting no where. He ignored he medical needs after giving birth, most likely because he just felt some type of way about her and others idk. You can't pick and choose your patients... actually you can and thank you for literally not doing your job, it spoke volumes and I feel so much better now.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cobb! He was so good in so many aspects! He has been very cheerful and super patient throughout my pregnancy and delivery... I would ask him a bunch of questions in every appointment and not even once he made me feel rushed! He has such huge respect to his patient's opinions and choices! And the best part, he returned all my panicky last minute phone calls quickly and it helped immensely to calm down in the 40th week of pregnancy!!This review was loooong overdue! Thanks Dr Cobb!

Dr Cobb delivered my second son Daniel almost 10 years ago. My OB with my first son I had several issues. I decided to go to another gynecologist I knew for my second but we just didn't see eye to eye and he also wanted to induce me 3 weeks before my son actually arrived, later I came to find out he had a vacation planned. My doula again suggested Dr. Cobb at 30 weeks pregnant and I immediately knew he was the doctor for me. He is by far my favorite doctor ever and hands down the best OB and I've had 5 of them. From his bedside manner to his welcoming smile and attentiveness to your needs while still keeping you and the baby safe, he is by far the best OB out there.  I would have loved him to have delivered my other children but unfortunately we moved out of state.  If I could give him 100 stars I would!I'm writing this review now because my son wanted to know who delivered him (even though he came in just in time to catch him, I got to the hospital a bit late)So I went to pull up a picture of Dr. Cobb and show him and just had to write a review when all the warm fuzzy feels came back. He really is exceptional!

I am writing this review as I am about to leave the state. The idea of moving away and having a baby that Dr. Cobb will not be delivering seems just as bad as not having a second baby. I'm seriously considering any possible way to move to Texas but also have Dr. Cobb for my prenatal care or at least my delivery. I enjoyed my pregnancy, delivery, and after care so much with Dr. Cobb and his amazing staff. I am a first time mom and I have not one bad thing to say. I felt very heard and very taken care of the entire process. I am going to miss this office and everyone in it! Thank you for an amazing journey!

The best ONGYN hands down! I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. So thankful for their care.

Dr. Cobb is the BEST OB! I am a fairly young mom and feel sometimes my voice isn't heard in the medical world. Dr.Cobb exceeded all expectations. He was always kind, understanding and listened to any and all concerns I had during my pregnancy. His office staff is so welcoming. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you Dr. Cobb!

Dr. Cobb met me post pandemic baby and falling apart. He helped identify the cause to my issues that kept being overlooked by all previous doctors during these past 17 months postpartum. We’ve made a plan to get me healed up and he sees where I’m suffering. He never dismissed me or made me feel like ..”well this happens once you have a baby..” there was none of that. He acknowledged the importance of getting me back to what I once was. Previous doctors told me it wasn’t worth fixing if I planned on having anymore kids.. :( No one deserves that kind of suffering. Thank you Dr. Cobb!!!

The most caring, kind, and comforting doctor I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Cobb genuinely cares about your choices and your health the whole pregnancy and long after, and it shows. His staff is absolutely incredible as well and so welcoming. I am so so relieved I found a doctor like him.

This is the first male gynecologist I ever went to and I am so impressed at how much Dr Cobb cares and is so sensitive to my care
