A friend 88 years of age recommended me to Dr. David Carty of Arch Health. My friend knows all the good contacts for everything in San Diego. He choose Dr. Carty. My experience was what I always expect when dealing with my health. Someone has to listen and also make me feel comfortable. Anyway I will be back again and again. Also a big THANK YOU to the staff!!!

Before my appointment with Dr. Carty a few days ago becomes a distant memory, I justifiably want to bestow appropriate glowing kudos & to reiterate my utmost sincere appreciation that for numerous years Dr. Carty has been my splendid Board Certified Internist & virtually my medical guru! Ostensibly, Dr. Carty throughout the years has very aptly demonstrated that he's an extraordinary medical diagnostician, he's extremely personable with a very winsome droll personality, patient-oriented, compassionate, & as he listens intently he always responds thoroughly & promptly professionally to whatever medical issues that I might incur. Still dealing with wrong claim 1 year later!!! Dr Carty billed a mammogram incorrectly, should have been paid in full by insurance and it was not. After 9 phone calls to their office, I was told there was nothing they could do and because my bill was now close to being sent to collections, I just paid it. Now, literally 1 year later I've gotten a separate facilities bill (never have I had 2 bills for a mammogram), and am being told there is nothing they can do about the charges for this either. Terrible administration, will never return to any Arch Health/Palomar Health offices again.
