He's been my doctor for a little over 5 years and he's been incredibly professional, down to earth and really nice. His medical advice and treatments have been spot-on. I'm very happy with my experience with him.

I would NEVER send anyone to this provider!! He clearly cares more about the $$ insurance contracts bring in for him but doesn’t want to get his hands dirty by having to actually physically see the patient at all. He wants to LOOK like he is ACCEPTING new patients under certain health plans just to find out that he is actually NOT CONTRACTED with the plan that you have but instead has you seen by a PA. He will NEVER actually see any of those patients but he will surely accept all the $$ that the insurance claims bring in which are submitted by this PA. What a HORRIBLE way to practice. Sad that it is truly hard to find a Good Dr these days that’s actually in it for the PATIENT care and not for what’s lining his pockets. Clearly he wants the $$ that the medi cal contracts bring in but he wants nothing to do with them. To me that speaks VOLUMES about this physician.

Marcelo was very rude to my mom. He yelled at her. Who yells at their own patient unless the patient really deserved to be yelled at? My mom wanted to ask about her back/flank pain. I am a pharmacist and I understand healthcare can be challenging/busy. But this situation was unacceptable because there was no valid reason to be rude and to yell.My mom couldn't get the covid vaccine because she was not eligible to get it. She has an allergic reaction to vaccines. He yelled at her for not getting the vaccine and that he won't help her at all without getting the vaccine. Do not recommend this doctor. If you want to be humiliated then you can go to him.
