I was recommended doctor Fitzgerald through my OBGYN. I was experiencing debilitating vertigo and I waited three months for an appointment. At the appointment nothing could be done for me, Dr Fitzgerald offered a corrective surgery or to come back if I experienced more vertigo symptoms. I had not met my deductible yet and I was charged over $300 for a new patient visit. I did engage in a hearing test with another physician before seeing Dr Fitzgerald. At no point was I told about the cost of this visit, which was much higher than other medical professionals. I’m still suffering from my symptoms and Dr Fitzgerald did absolutely nothing for me. My primary care did more by offering a medication should symptoms arise again. Now I am currently trying to dispute the charges but I feel completely taken advantage of. As a student these charges are not something I can easily pay and my health should not have to suffer just because this doctor charges an obscene amount. They should be ashamed of themselves honestly. I am now disputing the charge but no doctor should charge a patient $300 for a 10 minute visit where nothing was done.

In my opinion...Worst doctor, way better ENT out there and if you need sinus surgery go some where else.

Waited over an hour past my original appointment time and left very disappointed after. Was offered no solutions and the dr came off as uninterested and condescending. A giant waste of time, look for someone better.

I called to make an appointment and the appointments were about 2 months out. I wasn’t surprised by the wait but I was surprised that they require a Covid test 48 hours before my appointment. I have no cold symptoms and am recently vaccinated. Now they want me to make 2 trips to the doctor? Very inconvenient. The pandemic is over. Not patient friendly!

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dr. Patrick Fitzgerald. He was gentle and kind and took the time to listen to my ear health complaint. He then fixed the problem of wax in my ear by vacuuming it out! I definitely recommend Dr. Fitzgerald.

This specialist is professional, and listened to my history and issues with chronic breathing. He diagnosed me quickly. He gave me options and was to the point. He was really supportive in my decison to go with having a procedure to solve the issue instead of bandaid it. He explained everything thoroughly and I left feeling grateful and confident in my decision.I'm so glad my primary recommended him. His staff were also professional and very kind. I'm hopeful that this will be resolved soon, and I will finally be able to breathe. Highly recommend him and this office.

I got a foreign object stuck in my ear before going to bed. I went to the ER was there for 3 hours hoping they can fix it but they couldn't get it out and traumatized me so they referred me to Dr. Fitzgerald. He made me feel confident that he can get it out and he has precised, gentle hands. I spent 20 minutes with him and went home relieved and happy. He's no BS at all, straightforward and kind. His staff in the lobby are nice, his MA was friendly over all great experience.

I have been going to Doctor Fitzgerald for many years and I've found him to be consistently efficient and effective in his care for me.

Dr. Fitzgerald has been my ENT for 20+ years. He is thorough and will answer your questions. I highly recommend him.
