List of Patrocina Magat's Reviews
I have seen Dr. Magat for many years. She has been my best doctor. She spends the time to listen and get to the bottom of issues. So many doctors are in such a rush. An issue I have was finally diagnosed properly because she sent me to be tested properly. I had explained the same issue (symptom) to many previous doctors with no results. A good doctor listens and asks the right questions.
Left 11 messages for an appt. and they never returned my call. Changed provider today!
Horrible experience. She rushed the appointment, didn't want to listen to the issues I went there to discuss, couldn't understand her, and she wasn't helpful. I explained my symptoms and she said she didn't believe me because she doesn't know my history so she didn't know if what I was saying was true or not. She didn't do anything to help remedy any of the issues I went to her for. The girls are the front desk were nice but I had to remind them to collect my co-payment.. if not it would be a bigger issue through my insurance. I would NOT recommend going to this doctors office.
Maybe she is at the point where she would like to retire as she operates that way. I have no confidence in this person as a doctor, and she needs to close up shop. I always feel like my visits were pointless. I dont understand how she still has a practice.
Wasnt helpful to diagnose my problem. Didnt want to give referrals as well.
Looking at other reviews, I was kind of hesitating to come in for an appointment. However, I had a great experience with Dr Magat and staffs.
I almost called in to cx my appointment based on the horrible reviews, but I decided to give her a chance bc everyone's opinion is different. In this case, I did not have any problems with her. She was funny and personable and clarified her answers for me when I asked. She was informative and quick and I was pretty pleased with her. I did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked in the waiting room, but that wasnt a big deal to me.
She provided me completely wrong medical information, and to top it off, she was also rude. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility.
I selected this doctor due to my regular doctors not taking my change in insurance. I had some "red flags" at the first meeting, but did my best to communicate my concerns and needs. This doctor misdiagnosed me twice. The second time I ended up being admitted to the hospital after driving myself to the ER. This doctor doesn't listen to her patients and ignores injuries or physical complaints. She doesn't order proper labs and I found her and two of her staff to be rude and unprofessional. There is an issue with communication and caring. I have found a new doctor and I am encouraged to get the help and care I needed.
This office is the worst medical office I've ever been in. The doctor was not in the least interested in the care advised by the pathology lab and dismissed my results. She wanted me to make an additional appointment for a health check which I was expecting and said she said she gets paid for each appointment, even though she did nothing on the initial one. The office was not clean either and it was total waste of time seeing her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
