Do not use this doctor! She is just awful and incompetent. My grandmother has been her patient for over a month and she has yet to fill my grandma's vital medication. She has heart disease and high blood pressure and cannot go without. Despite multiple in person visits and phone communication. My grandma still doesn't have her medication. This doctor needs to retire and have her license revoked. I wouldn't recommend. Tomorrow we are switching to a real doctor for my grandma.

I will reporting Dr. Magot to the medical board tomorrow as well. She is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and nobody deserves this in their doctor.

No one answers the phone…ever. She charges an office fee for preventative services that should be 100% covered by insurance. She also just doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing in regards to women’s h health. Normal stuff, like the fact that I don’t need a referral to a specialist to get a PAP done (because I just had one done this year) before I get a refill on my birth control.

The doctor is at a serious age, which greatly complicates communication, the environment is not very friendly, Analyzes and other information is not saved.

I have seen Dr. Magat for many years. She has been my best doctor. She spends the time to listen and get to the bottom of issues. So many doctors are in such a rush. An issue I have was finally diagnosed properly because she sent me to be tested properly. I had explained the same issue (symptom) to many previous doctors with no results. A good doctor listens and asks the right questions.

Horrible experience. She rushed the appointment, didn't want to listen to the issues I went there to discuss, couldn't understand her, and she wasn't helpful. I explained my symptoms and she said she didn't believe me because she doesn't know my history so she didn't know if what I was saying was true or not. She didn't do anything to help remedy any of the issues I went to her for. The girls are the front desk were nice but I had to remind them to collect my co-payment.. if not it would be a bigger issue through my insurance. I would NOT recommend going to this doctors office.

Great no problems she seems to be old school nothing fancy about her office but seemed very knowledgeable

Maybe she is at the point where she would like to retire as she operates that way. I have no confidence in this person as a doctor, and she needs to close up shop. I always feel like my visits were pointless. I dont understand how she still has a practice.
