Detail oriented and compassionate doctor... Although the office runs late sometimes, I appreciate the time the doctor spends with me and considers my conditions as a whole. She's worth the wait!
Terrible service and attitude towards customers. Be careful, no one will call you or send an SMS with a reminder of your visit, and if you are late for 14 minutes, you will just be sent home.
Had an appointment with her at 11AM, waited for half an hour on the phone, got two phone calls from them asking for even more questions after I'd already turned in a lengthy questionairre the day before. Got to 11:30 and still no doctor. I had to pick up family from the hospital, so I had to reschedule at that point, as I expected the doctor at 11AM, especially for the price I was paying even after insurance for just a phone call. Rescheduled things to 1pm, and unfortunately, I was still picking up family. I offered to reschedule things to 2pm, they said they could do 4pm. I agreed, that was no problem. Got home, got online on the telehealth website at 4PM sharp. 4:15. 4:30. 4:45. 5 pm rolls around, still no one there, no phone call, and not even any form of communication to let me know they'd closed for the day. How does this doctor retain any patients?
Granted, the pandemic presents different times, but I still I felt ignored by this doctor. She was late to return to the office in 2021, a year after the outbreak and post-vaccine yet other staff was there. She arrived tardy for a virtual appointment, but then said that she couldn't be late for her next meeting. That's the height of treating a patient with disrespect. Try proper planning and being efficient throughout the day if the last meeting is so important. Now she bolts for Poway, abandoning Escondido patients. Not one did she ever address me by my name. Her departure only clinches my decision that I was already considering to another doctor..
Dr. Dennis Mamaril is the best doctor that I have seen yet. He is very professional, listens extremely well, and is genuinely interested/caring for his patients. I arrived early and was seen well before my appointment time. Thank you all!
they will make u wait for long time even u came the first with ur crazy pain
Horrible service. For the first appointment which was for yearly physical Dr. Arbabi refused to see me in person. The Doctor was about 10 min late, and she only asked me all routine questions and why I needed to see a doctor. Just before my second appointment someone calls me to ask me the same questions the doctor had already asked me about any past health issues of family history of it. On my second appointment, my car keys got stuck under my car seat as I was getting out of my car. It took me about 7 min to get them out. By the time I get inside the doctor's lobby, I was 10 min late and the receptionist said that Dr. Arbabi don't take people that are late. So, I said, "I told her that it was unfair because if I had arrived on time, they would have made me wait at least 20 min in the lobby waiting plus another 20 min inside the physicians rooms waiting for the doctor." But the receptionist answered in a condescending way that the doctor is never late. So, they scheduled me for another appointment. On this third time the nurse called my name was 35 minutes after my appointment. The nurse asked me how I was doing and my answer was "not so good'. The nurse just answered "oh", with no lack of concern. I was left another 15 minutes inside the room waiting for Dr. Arbabi. Finally, when the doctor arrived she asked me again for the third time all my medical history which should have been in their files already. During the visit, I asked the doctor for a referral to a specialty, and her reply was that she can't do that because I have medical. So I call medical and they told me that it was the doctors responsibility to refer me, besides they have that specialty in the same building as Dr. Arbabi. So, I called the specialty myself, and they told me that they don't know why the doctor would refuse to refer me, but they can't make an appointment for me without Dr. Arbabi's referral. All in all, I spent two hours in this clinic. the doctor was supposed to give me a print out of the visit summary, but instead sent me a poor quality cell phone screen shot of the computer where she wrote notes, and a lot of the words are cut. And although I spoke to the supervisor, Ms Tracy, the day after my visit to express my frustration and she was kind enough to give me some of her time to hear my concerns, this still merits a low score in terms of customer service or genuine concern for the patient. I am hoping that with this review, Arch Health will take actions in to improving this area because they have already in general a 2.4 on google reviews and this proves their lack of care.
First time seeing an internal medicine doctor at this location. It was a very bad experience. Should have trusted the reviews before going here.
Dr Zakos office very disorganized they missed my virtual visits twice and i called after 16 Minutes on hold and they do not know what happed. my endoscopy results got lost and the doctors office never called to follow up i had to call the director of the endoscopy center and i had to resolve the issue and i had to go back and redo the test. do not go to this place!!!!!!
The doctor went through his set of predetermined questions on my first visit there and did not ask me how I was feeling if I had any pain nothing. I felt like I was just another number and felt rushed and was not a fourth of the time they have a an accurate examination.Treated like a number and not a human being.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
