Dr. MacEwan was cordial, efficient, and relieved my ear issue the day of my first appointment. She has a great bedside manner, and answered all my questions. It was easy to get an appointment without a long wait. The front office staff is very attentive and friendly. Natasha called before the appointment to let me know that there was an accident on the freeway in case we were headed in that direction. I highly recommend this office for all your ENT needs!

The entire staff was amazing, patient, and helpful. If anyone wants "old school" customer service, this place is for you. Dr. MacEwan is fantastic. Her knowledge and chair side manor was superb. Dr. MacEwan was very thorough, however my mom is over 100 and her memory about a surgery 82 years ago was vague. Dr. MacEwan went way over and beyond by doing research and called to tell us more about my mom's surgery and hearing issues. Dr. Alvira, the woman who did the hearing test, adapted to help my 100 year old mom complete the test efficiently. Lisa, the woman who took time to look into hearing aid options and insurance was incredibly nice. From my personal experiences, this type of perfect professionalism is rare. I took my son in today to see Dr. MacEwan. We had a great experience. She was easy to talk to and was great with my son who is 12 years old. We came up with a treatment plan and I am very happy with the office visit, the office staff and the doctor’s expertise.

Saw Dr. Wadwa for a stubborn sinus infection and eardrum rupture. The rupture was horribly painful and a bit traumatic for me. The doctor took my infection seriously and patiently explained my options. He is a respectful and informative doctor. I’m doing a lot better now and am glad I didn’t delay in being seen by him. Also I never have to wait more than two minutes in the waiting room. Added bonus is that lot of their testing is in-house. Highly recommend.

Office is clean and tidy. Workers are super friendly and thorough with their exams. The wait wasn't long in the waiting room, workers were efficient

I could not be more pleased with the treatments by the entire staff at Rancho Ear Nose and Throat. I had an issue with a cough for over 7 weeks and not only was I seen within a day of calling, the care by Dr. MacEwan was amazing. She spent the time to answer every question I had and really listening to my concerns. The facility is clean and there is plenty of parking. I will definitely use Rancho in the future for all my medical issues related to the allergies and the like..

I appreciate Dr. MacEwan. She is kind and knowledgeable. There is an audioligist on site so you can get an accurate hearing test. Excellent care. Highly recommend.
