What the actual hell? What is going on over there? I’ve been calling repeatedly, bc I’m referred to this department, and every time I’m told to wait only for my queue number to keep changing, callbacks to last one second, or worse, you MUTE the line This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional! Don’t expect a real callback, but some ghost-ring nonsense.

Dr. Barrio was so wonderful. Very professionally friendly. I felt so comfortable with her. She answered all my questions. And told me the side affects of all the medications we discussed. We had a time limit. But I felt as if she took all the time I needed. I can't say enough great things about her. Athena, her Medical Assistant was great as were the office staff. Don't go anywhere else for your dermatology issues. Dr. Barrio is the best.

Front desk staff is so nice. I’ve been here twice for two separate things and both times the issue was resolved after the visit after other facilities were not able to help me. I also showed up a half an hour early for an appointment one day expecting i would have to wait due to my earliness but they squeezed me in so i wouldn’t have too. Very happy with level of care. Dr. Patel is wonderful and explains things so well and thoroughly for her patients.

Love this place !! The front desk staff is nice, courteous and professional. Which is refreshing from most offices we see nowadays . Dr. Patel is amazing. She spends time with you, She addresses every concern, She tells you what your options are , and even takes the time to see if there’s any other issues that need to be addressed, I’ve been a nurse for 28 years and I’m hyper critical of doctors and offices. This office is great. The care is excellent, the clinical expertise is excellent, and the office staff is very nice.

San Diego Dermatology is an excellent place to go if you have any skin concerns. Dr. Lin addressed all of my concerns from the discoloration on one of my toes, moles, and anti- aging procedures. The staff was very friendly. They were prompt, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend San Diego Dermatology at the Poway location.
