Great Staff Wonderful Office Amazing - no wait times My calls are always answered Staff is very professional and caring the Office Mgr is outstanding, compassionate and very friendly
They don't answer the phone and they don't call you back. Never was able to make an appointment. I will consider it the universe telling me to go elsewhere, for my own good.
Never coming here again. Worst doctor first impression and bedside manner I've ever received. I was made to wait over an hour and a half for my appointment, and the nurses still hadn't taken my vitals over the course of this time while I watched her carelessly chit chat with the other nurse at the front desk. It was until I verbally warned that I would he leaving that the nurse was finally prompted to take my vitals reluctantly as if she didnt want to be there. Dr. Reddy finally comes in to inform me that it would be "just another 15 minutes". I was baffled by the incompetence and lack of empathy i was witnessing. When she finally examined me she dismissed everything I had to say, ordered multiple xrays and blood labs that i had already had done within the last few months for no reason, and refused to let me have any choice im regards of the medication or treatment plan. She ushered me out so fast while she attended to other patients for more than an HOUR. Was I treated so poorly because I'm white? This may have been why i was treated with such disregard. The main take away here is to avoid this egotistical Indian woman and her nightmare experience of an office like the plague.
Everyone was very helpful and professional.
Amazing Care This office went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I’ve had chronic pain for years and they made it a personal mission to help me get the right care.
Had a telemedicine appointment today with Kendall. She is wonderful. She is always right on time and very professional and friendly. She takes her time to make sure all of your questions have been answered. Would highly recommend.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have had rheumatoid arthritis my entire adult life. The doctor did lab work & said “oh, your liver & blood levels are not happy.” I asked what EXACTLY does that mean & could she clarify. She says, the liver & blood labs are not good. I said , I understood that, but it helps when there is clarification. Either she could not or did not want to answer my question. I was rather stunned.
Money grab organization Dr. Reddy will have her staff run every possible test on you before she sees you. This will require multiple appointments so that billing can be maximized. Blood test, ultrasound 1, ultrasound 2. Then, when she sees you, she's an hour late to the appointment. When you complain, they tell you that you can make another appointment if you have somewhere else to be. Her office manager seems to relish looking for ways to make your life harder. Every discussion is met with resistance. No thanks.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
