I love Dr. Kasch! She always takes time to listen to me and makes suggestions. If she ever retires I will probably change plans. I love Christy in the front office. The phlebotomist who works in the lab is amazing!

I paid 120 dollars for a covid test 30 hours before my Dr appointment. The guy that was fired from McDonalds working the door couldn't grasp this knowledge, and wouldn't let me through the door. Any body know a good doctor my insurance is excellent?

Dr. Kasch called in an rx for me when it was needed and she isn't me dr. She helped me out in a very scary and frustrating situation. She was wonderful! She is getting some treats and a big thank from me and I am going to request her be my primary Dr. Thank you!!!!

Dr. Kasch is so friendly and sweet. Her demeanor is soft and quiet but she’s great with my four kids. Daniel always brightens my day and my kids love him too! Dr. Kasch’s nurse is very sweet and helpful. I’ve seen the urgent care doctor a few times and I really like him too. Overall very compassionate staff and welcoming small town feel. Thank you for being kind to our family!

I had no idea I had a blocked artery...I just mentioned shortness of breath and thought it was because I was a bit over weight...she insisted I get it checked with a cardiologist and thank God I did. Needed a stent right away.She is very thorough and detailed. Yes, it is a busy clinic...but pick an early morning appt time.I was saddened to see all these negative reviews...Doctors are there to help, not become your best friend! Snarky...no...insistent, yes...that is her job!

Only interested in checking boxes on her computer screen. She does not listen! Her cynical, snarky attitude was not that appealing when I first started seeing her 10 years ago, but I had no major health issues so I tolerated it. When I finally did have a very serious issue that ultimately required major surgery, she was still interested in asking her standard questions. Again, she does not listen. Switching PCP and Medical group.

Came in with my sister for health appraisal. Great attention given and direct answers we could understand. So impressed I've decided to change my doctor to her practice. She even called my sister personally to follow up after a visit.

She is as crooked as Hillary Clinton! Went for a 100% covered physical and ended up with an office visit and medical codes for BS to my insurance company. Not to mention blood work up at Arch cost an arm and a leg. My 100% visit cost me over $300.00. She looked in my ears and listened to my heart...........and then sat on her ass while going down a checklist on her laptop asking me questions. She's worthless!!!! Really, the most useless doctor I've ever been too. So while in dispute they turned me into a collection agency. Sweet! They are idiots and if I'll drive down the hill with a limb dangling before I would ever walk into Arch Healthcare again.
