I was just there, had excellent service, when I came in, very nice staff, great assistance with the staff and doctor ( Jessica ) was very nice, took time for me, listened and definitely took care of me. I was very happy and will be going back, but not to soon, I hope!! Thanks again, for great service, in time of need
I will never ever be seen by Dr. Janine Kasch again, I went in there for severe abdominal pains and she told me I had abdominal migraines...WTF???? I had a hysterectomy a year in a half later because I had endometriosis, if she would've taken my pain more serious something else could've been done sooner.
After 3 weeks and two calls- someone finally left me a voicemail with test results! The service was good when I first went 3 years ago- seriously gone downhill since...will be taking my business elsewhere
Had to change doctors this year due to the retirement of my doctor. Dr. Blando was given to me because I didn't know who to go to. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in her treatment of me. I only go to the office once a year for a check up to get my perscriptions. I am a healthy senior overall. She was rude in making sure I knew I was old twice. She appeared not to know how to do a proper breast exam, just poking at me sharply with her pointy finger. I requested some blood work per my dentist before he can remove 2 teeth because I was on Fosamax. It took 2 weeks for the order to go in. I finally got my blood drawn and NOW WHAT? Called and asked if my son could pick up the info for my dentist and never heard from anyone again. Now it is another 2 weeks. I want to request another doctor and hope nothing ever goes wrong with my health for awhile. Am very concerned about my health care now. I guess my only option is for the dentist to call them. Dr, Z my last doctor was always kind and considerate and did things in a timely manner. HELP this old lady please.
awful! just want to gouge you for every penny. recently had a one year office visit check up. saw dr. blando and got a physical, discussed several issues, and was prescribed a medication. she wanted to do a follow up to see how it was working . went back a month later, waited a long time to see the doctor -so long in fact i had to go out to see if they had forgotten about me-to do the follow up and the medication dosage was changed. also touched on a few things that had been discussed during the previous office visit. got a bill in the mail and they charged me for the same full office visit-not a follow up. would never have gone back in if i knew i would be charged an arm and a leg just to discuss a medication change. won't be going back to that office. poor customer service in a small town is bad for business. do yourself a favor and drive down the hill-this office is all about the $$$$!!!
I've now been waiting for 3 hours in urgent care. When I walked in they said the wait would be an hour and a half. I guess they need to revise their wait estimation process. If I ever get seen I'll update on the service.Okay after actually seeing the PAC I feel a little better about the service. The facility is clean and the people are friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the 3.5 hour wait to be seen.
Waited 1 1/2 hrs to be seen for 7 min doc visit! And the wife wonders why I self medicate. And it really wasn't busy with one other person in lobby! No thanx. I'll try ER next time. It's faster

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
