Went in for a sports physical today for my son. Monique greeted us. Explained the process, was so friendly and knowledgeable, the process was very smooth, Monique was very kind and caring with my son, we where in and out pretty quickly, the only complaint I have is the ugly depressing painting on the wall in the office, should be taken down and burned

The nurse was very kind and helpful! She helped me through the process and I met with the PA through zoom! He is was immensely helpful, I was feeling really sick but the medication he prescribed was very helpful and I would most definitely highly recommend this location.

Convenient urgent care. It's not so easy to have everything be done on an app, though. Simply for the fact that not everyone who goes to urgent care is able to do that on a cell phone, i.e. older patients. The doctor was present via video chat and the nurse was on site.

The practitioner who saw me did not make me feel listened to or offer explanations or education regarding what she thought was happening. I left feeling disappointed and like my insurance just wasted their money and I wasted time.
