I agree with the reviews here. While Dr. Aquino "MIGHT" be a competent doctor, her staff puts her practice in a very bad light. I have also called the office several times and "HAD TO" leave messages asking for a return call ("had to" because it seems that nobody actually picks up the phone no matter how early you call or even when you wait later in the day) --- my phone calls were never returned and we had to go to their office to get the information we needed. The front people are rude. The last time we visited, there were two people at the front office and one of them was on a call while the other was not. We stood there for a few minutes before the other staff actually took care of our check-out and she did not even seem happy to be helping us. It was also hard to make an appointment and they often change the appointment dates to address their own convenience at the expense of their patients.While Dr. Aquino seems very nice (she takes care of my parents and I only met her 2X), I think she lacks firmness of a medical professional who manages the health of her patients. As a consequence, her health management advice comes across as very weak suggestions only. I really would like to change doctor (mostly because of the office mismanagement) but my parents are quite comfortable with her and would not like to see other doctors. My advice to Dr. Aquino --- overhaul your office staff. They are the first people your patients encounter and the people your patients rely on to get timely help with regards to their health. Find competent staff members who would actually care about your practice and your patients.

I’ve been with Dr Aquino for 15 years now- NO issue about my Doctor. I’m pertaining to the front desk - they are the worst I’ve ever encountered. They don’t care about you even you collapse in the waiting room.They just say the doctor have patient. They are totally uncaring towards patients. Simple request order for blood test- (they’ll give you a hard time!) they said; it was sent already at Quest thru electronics, arriving at quest fasting- NO order of request was sent! The quest calling their clinic, they don’t answer phone calls- you have to leave a message which I did several times, they don’t return the call ! HOW DOES IT WORK??? I’m really helpless! It’s my 3rd day now working driving back & forth to Quest lab and Doctors clinic. And because I’m on fasting I can’t wait any longer anymore. I went to their clinic to ask them just to hand me the order, They rejected my request.My husband told me long before to just switch find another Doctor- and because I still have loyalty to my doctor. I keep on postponing the issue, but this time It’s too much for me already. You see your doctor because you want to be cured, BUT! It’s the other way around. By seeing them your bp will go up or If you’re not lucky enough, you will die of heart attack!THEY ALL HAVE VERY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE PATIENTS!STAY AWAY !I’m trying to switch Now!!!

This place is horrible . They could care less about the care of their patients. Front desk is rude and incompetent.

Avoid this place like the plague! Front desk: most rude people I have ever seen. I took my dad here, first thing they stated "we don't take that insurance, now please leave". Wow that was a shock to the insurance company, in fact when they tried to reach this fine establishment it just kept going to voicemail.

The employees I talked to (in person and on the phone) were rude, unhelpful, and unsympathetic. I will not be returning to this office as it is not worth the headache to get an appointment and receive the requested care.

Front desk staff young and unfriendly.. the tv choice is inappropriate. They treat everyone like they are nothing.

Awesome sauce! I go here for my medicals with Dra. Josefina Aquino, and I have no complaints. From the front desk, to the receiving staff, to the doctor, to the office and rooms... everything is above par! Highly recommended!

I am hearing impaired. Luckily my aunt was with me. Dr. Aquino spent time with me! My anxiety hit the roof when I saw her. I cried I was so happy she took the time to get to know me and what I am going through.. She is so thorough and kind. She is going to get me on the right path. Thank you Dr. I am lucky to have found you.

Really great doctor. Office on top of refilling prescriptions and getting referrals and auths done in a timely manner. Thank You!
