Kaiser Radiation Oncology's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Soto is an excellent person, but most of the MA' S who work on that floor, especially Ms. Martinez, are uneducated, unprofessional, and disrespectful of HIPAA. All patients are supposed to have confidentiality, yet they are talking about patients in the hallway and even mocking them.

Christine in radiology is amazing. Every mammogram I have ever had has been really painful but today with Christine it didn't hurt at all. Not at all. Such a good experience. She is such a good technician. I am going to request her every time.

Dr. Puneet Inder Kaur in Rancho Cordova Kaiser is the worst Dr. she should not be able to practice medicine. She has prescribed me a medication took me off of it for six weeks then allowed me to go back on it again for a month then off again for another six weeks saying I don't meet qualifications. She doesn't respond to messages. She does not answer any questions on the phone. She simply just asked well. What do you want me to do when I say can you answer the question she says no she cannot so she ignores the question. She has put my health at risk and I will continue to fight this as I have filed a complaint with a DMHC. Also several grievances. I uploaded all my diagnosis from previous doctors on the site shared my medical records. She still has not listed them when I asked her to run bloodwork they came back where I needed iron infusions and she still has not called me and it's been several days later she does not care about your health. She just wants you to simply die and go away. She messed with the wrong person I will fight for myself.

Worst pharmacy I've been too. Like going to the DMV. No one knows anything. Half the time orders are cancelled because they won't cover it for some reason. Not sure why I pay mine or my employees medical here. They don't do anything don't cover anything

Kaiser Permanente has always been my best experience with doctors and with my current doctor that I love he takes very good care of me

Now, because I gave Kaiser a bad review they blocked me from getting into my account. Also they tell me to read a message from them, which is impossible because they won't let me in to read it

Staff are professional and caring, nice building

Kaiser is despicable. Every time I think to myself, it can't get any worse than this, it does. How on earth does this place still operate with all the terrible reviews of people saying their personal health, and that of their family, has been negatively affected by negligent care? I wish Yelp allowed for negative ratings because they don't even deserve a star. Update after their response: Sure. I should contact YOU to resolve the problems. Look at all the terrible reviews. DO BETTER.

Women's health- I came here for my first pregnancy and the OBGYNs office is miserable. The desk lady always called me Maria even though that's not my name and it's nowhere in my chart. The obgyn I had was constantly on vacation. There were multiple strikes that affected my access care. So I had to see Dr Gregory and she deliberately chose not to give me my final ultrasound. She said "I can feel with my hands he's in position." My water broke a few days afterwards and my son was born breach! the delivery nurses from Roseville Kaiser were able to tell me that she should have given me an ultrasound to be certain my son was in position. l wouldn't have needed a whole c-section if she had just cared enough to give me the ultrasound. I am permanently uncomfortable with the care this establishment offers me. It has been a year now, and my family is still being impacted by her negligence. Pediatrics- it's okay, the office is neat and tidy. Not very fun for a child of course, but the fish tank is helpful.

I've been with Kaiser for years. I've been sick for about 4 yrs If you're not on your death bed you can forget about a doctor trying to help you live. I'm dying now. Everytime I go to The ERthey kicked me out. Snatched out my IV! I WILL NEVER GO BACK I'D RATHER DIE. KAISER JUST WANTS OUR MONEY. ITS BAD YA'LL
