Im so happy to have this urgent care close by. I was able to make an appointment which is a huge plus for an urgent care. The office was so clean and had coffee, water and snacks while you wait, which wasn't long because of the appointment and the fact that they are Sutter so all of my information was in the computer. The office staff and the PA were friendly and caring and genuine. Now if you could bring a Sutter walk in to Rancho Murieta it would be even better!,

I was just visiting in Rancho Cordova but had had a persistent cough for weeks and did not feel well. The first impression of the clinic is very positive and the staff were all so helpful. I saw NP Cristine Hillman and after listening to my lungs she diagnosed Pneumonia. She was so professional and helpful and totally eased my concern and worry. Within just a few days after taking medication prescribed, I felt so much better. She did tell me to follow up with my own doctor within a week to make sure medication was working which I did. For me, it was a positive outcome and I highly recommend their little clinic. The price was reasonable and my out of state insurance was accepted after I talked to Sutter Health over the phone.

NP- Pam Visathep is AMAZING!! Her bed side manner and compassion for her patient's are like none other!! I've never once had a Dr. Reach out to me to check to see how I was improving after my visit, but she did!!! I hope you're all lucky enough to get her as your physician if you have to be seen.
