Allergy & Asthma Center's Online Review Report Card

If I can give this doctor a zero I would. I called out of desperation to the Doctor on call after hours because of really bad swollen eyes. I had already gone to the emergency room but they asked me to follow up with my allergist. This is where I was referred through my primary. I wanted to talk to an on call allergist to see if there was anything else they could recommend until I could call in the morning for an appointment. The doctor that answered was extremely rude and didn't even give me an opportunity to ask for recommendations to get me through the night. I do not recommend this doctor especially in an emergency situation. Not professional at all.

Very unprofessional staff. If you aren't willing to take on new patients just say so. If you are, why would you deliberately sabotage your own business by yelling at new patients? I'd like to go somewhere where I know I'm being taken care of. This place isn't it at all.

Zero stars for me. They refused to make an appointment for me without a referral from my primary. The referral process takes months so I told them I'm willing to pay cash to see them asap and they refused. They said they take cash visits only for people with no insurance. Makes no sense. I asked to speak to a supervisor and for 2 weeks kept being told the supervisor was out. Also strange. Finally, Dr. Lin came on the phone out of nowhere and started yelling at me. I've never heard of a company in which the doctor yells at you on the phone while you're offering them cash to see them. Would definitely NOT recommend this clinic. So unprofessional over about 5 different phone calls. Wow.

Best allergist in town. I have pollen allergy for many years and finally decided to get treatment. It was easy to get into clinic and get the soonest appointment possible . The skin test was not very painful and I got the results right the way. Dr. Lin and his staff were very nice and detailed, explained the whole process. Dr. Lin was very thorough and went over the results, treatment options with me. Very happy with the treatment options and will continue my treatment with this clinic. Highly recommend!

Went and had my daughter tested. Had many allergies. Staff seemed very nice but Dr. Lin who saw us for less than 5 minutes, NO. She needed to start getting shots weekly I did want to go to someone who we thought was rude. The new Dr. Office has tried at least 7 documented times as well as me calling that many. Asking for her recent blood work and back testing. excuse after excuse is all we got. I have 2 signed medical release forms signed and sent but of course they say they did not get the first 1. The 2nd one Dr. Lin's off verified they received May 8th. As of June14 Dr. Lin had not allowed staff to release. Throughout this time his front desk explained that they have asked him several times and he is busy. So for 6 weeks he held my daughter from getting care at another office. If you count from when we sent the original release request he kept her from care for 9 weeks. YOU ARE OUTRAGEOUS DR LIN. Not surprised you had to close you other office if this is how you treat people. IEHP has started a investigation on why you would do this.

Dr Lin is the best and his staff. I highly recommend him. He knew exactly my problems

Can't recommend a doctor that closes their satellite office, expecting patients to drive an extra hour round trip to get weekly shots. Had I known when I started that it was not a main office, I never would have started with him. Very unprofessional to abandon patients mid-treatment.

Friendly staff, waiting time is super fast. Unfortunately they are closing down the chino office, not sure if that will add the waiting time to the shots

I really liked Dr. Henry Lin but he would get mad at me if I told him how I felt and it was getting harder to communicate how I was feeling and he was always in a hurry I stayed with him so long because he helped me when no other would but those problems got worst I would end up in emergency rooms urgent cares from sinus head ache really bad so doctors always said mam you have to see your allergists I would say no he will stop my shots and they would say mam he has to help you so I just would not let him know because he would stop my shots now I liked him because he said once not everyone is the same but with me I'm not the same if my shots stopped I would not be able to breathe I felt like someone was choking me and my blood pressure would drop alot and I would get head aches then sinus head aches so I guess he never meant everyone is different because he would stop my shots when I would tell him i have a sinus head ache now listen carefully ok if I go to vacation I DON'T take my shots for a month I start having head aches, sneezing,with choking sensations like im being choked then dizzy and finally from a head ache turn to sinus infection then if I get the shots it slightly goes away but I still have a head so I need medicine meanwhile the shots kick in for a month but instead HE STOPS MY SHOTS THEN HE DOES NOT WANT ME TO BE UP FRONT WITH HIM if I Say anything to Dr Henry he always says I'm stopping your shots and It's been like that for years but NO MORE I CANT DO THIS NO MOREI NEED TO BE ABLE TO SAY HOW I FEEL...I JUST FEEL SAD BECAUSE I THOUGH HE WAS DIFFERENT BY THE WAY IT WOULD TAKE SO LONG TO SEE HIM OR TALK TO HIM HE WAS NEVER AROUND SUPPOSEDLY FOR APPOINTMENTS BUT YET I WOULD SEE HIM THEIR .AND I HATED PHONE CALLS BECAUSE HE WOULD HURRY ME UP EVEN MORE AND IT WAS EMBARRASSING TALKING THROUGH SPEAKER IM WRITING THIS TODAY BECAUSE IT HAPPENED TODAY I'm crying my eyes out from the pain and frustration and the choking sensation and they stopped my shots today I have not had them in a month because I was vacationing in Mexico so during the trip I got all the symptoms from not having the shots so it's getting worst I was supposed to go in for shots today but he stopped them because I told him to please give me something for sinus headache keep in mind i never felr like that with the shotsor after shots . it was only when I would NOT GET THE SHOTS OK. So I need them to feel better :,(

They have another location in Chino where the allergy shots are given. They used to offer shots everyday but changed it to only MWFSa since Oct. the only day I can get the shots is on Friday since they open early (9am instead of 10am) since I work in Glendora and have to be at work by 10. They're supposed to be here by 9am and ready to give shots. I've missed shots because they're late and I can't wait around otherwise i too will rn late for work. How are they late when they're only open 4 days now...?
