Impeccably clean. Nurses and office staff beyond polite. This place is run like a fine watch, and the doctor (Jack) is personable, knowledgeable and quick. I wish all medical offices were run like this one!

I have tried to call, email, text and insta message this place so many days and so many times. No one ever picks up or gets back to you. Sad business

I was on time for my appt. Never informed that right after lunch, the dr was running an hour or more late. Placed in a freezing room with a paper gown. Waited in a room that was way to cold for 45 minutes. Left because I couldn't take the cold any more and no idea of when I would be seen. I also thought I would be seeing Jack Griffin because that is who I made the appt with. Apparently there was a substitution because the assistants kept referring to a she. Never actually saw her and never told about the substitution.

Very caring, gives full attention to his patient and find him to be patient, kind, concerned and sees to it that his patient gets the very best help in solving the problem. Thank You, DR. Griffith, you're the BEST!!

The receptionist who answers the phone needs to be fired as well as the office manager unprofessional and definitely inefficient. Don't know how to do their jobs losing patients left and right won't be going here. Jack Griffith, you need to take control of your office. Your employees are giving you a bad reputation.

The worst doctor I ever went to. I sued him for tricking me into a surgery but he conned his way out of it.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with Alta Dermatologist. Their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for patient well-being is shocking. Appointment oversight and accusations: To begin with, there was a major oversight with my children's appointments. Despite both being patients and typically seen together, I only received confirmation for one. The check-out staff then had the audacity to claim I was late for an 8:00 appointment, even though my text confirmation clearly stated 8:15. Missed appointment and inflexible scheduling: When I inquired about the possibility of my other child still being seen, the staff informed me they were too behind and short-staffed. Even when the doctor offered to see her, the check-out staff insisted it wasn't possible and we would have to reschedule. Failure to reschedule and rude dismissal: Despite stating she would reschedule, the staff member neglected to do so. When I confirmed my phone number was correct, her dismissive response of "I don't know what to tell you" was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Communication breakdown: In the past my calls regarding my child's prescribed medication were never returned. This is simply unacceptable, especially when dealing with a child's health. Endless waiting: The wait times at this office are outrageous. It's disrespectful to patients' time to have them sit for extended lengths of time waiting to be seen. Incompetent staff: To make matters worse, the staff submitted incorrect information to the pharmacy, my child was born in 2020. They put her prescription as 2000 with no address or phone number which delayed my child's medication even further. This kind of negligence is inexcusable. Due to this combination of incompetence, unresponsiveness, and outright rudeness, I will not be returning to Alta Dermatologist. I strongly advise anyone considering this office to look elsewhere for their dermatological needs.

This place really does wonders and they are amazing. However, they are extremely booked out for months at a time so it's hard to get an appointment. Definitely worth the wait but sometimes these situations are urgent. The staff is extremely friendly. Recommend going here.

I've been going to doctor Griffith for a few years now and after reading some of these reviews, I'm amazed. I've never had anything but great experiences at that office. The front staff is been respectful and kind and Dr. JACK Griffith is the best. He is operated on my face a couple times and done Mohs surgery And I have never had a problem. He is a good guy and a great doctor. Takes his time with you and makes you feel like you really cares, and I expect that's because he does. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes and it's worth it because he takes his time with each patient. Best dermatologist I've been to and I'm an old man.
