It’s hard to believe that this place is actually run by professional people. I was supposed to have an appointment this morning at 9:30 over the phone. No one called. I have reached out to them at 12 PM. I was given every reason not to speak to the nurse practitioner that was supposed to call me or the supervisor, the lady on the phone said she couldn’t give me the telephone number for the corporate office. Her supervisor asked her not to give me the phone number. It’s hard to believe Emily the supervisor would deny the patient the telephone number so I wouldn’t be able to communicate with the corporate office and find out why I wasn’t called or they didn’t Try to reach out to me and let me know What went wrong and how can they correct it? I was just giving the runaround. Very sad
