Dr Armada and his assistant are excellent physicians. The staff is awesome 👏. The only concern is not calling back when they say,”we’ll call you back.” I have to call then because if I seat and wait it will never happen. If they can overcome this callback issues I think it will be awesome for all patients. We are very blessed to have them as our doctors but the staff needs a motivational meeting to overcome this issue.Dr. Armada and his assistant are exceptional physicians. The staff is fantastic, and I commend them for their professionalism. However, I have a concern about their callback policy. They promise to call back, but they rarely do. If they can address this issue, it will greatly benefit all patients. We are fortunate to have them as our doctors, but the staff needs a motivational meeting to overcome this problem.

Always pleasant & helpful. Handles insurance well & listens to my issues. Not ready to throw pills at me for everything. I appreciate having the PA there as well. It’s a convenient location.

Dr Armada has been my family's doctor since 1990. He and his staff have always been very helpful. I would recommend his office for anyone.

DR. Armada is kind and listens to you , there is no ego issue like with other medical professionals. He is a good at getting to the root of the issue !! I recommend him .

My dad has been coming here for years, but on July 16, 2024, he was denied service. The administration told him that his insurance had not paid for his visit as far back as 2022. I called the insurance company, and it turns out the clinic did not file the claims for three separate bills. Despite this being a clerical error on their part, the staff was very rude to my dad. We should not be responsible for fixing their billing issues, especially those that far back. This behavior is unprofessional. Although the insurance issue was eventually cleared up and my dad is now welcome back, he has a sour taste in his mouth and does not want to return. He is diabetic and was there for his bloodwork results, so this added unnecessary stress. I have nothing against Armada, but the administration, especially Carol, needs better training in both customer service and billing procedures.

Everything, and I mean Everything, needs a referral. Perfectly healthy adult needed a simple referral and a phone call with the PA costs $10 just to get a referral. Won't be going back.

Always the best medical care with Dr. Armada. He is truly a brilliant doctor, very knowledgeable, and caring. Doctor and his staff go the extra mile for all of their patients. I am very happy to know that Alvin is now back helping Dr. Armada. He too is brilliant...excellent bedside manner, thorough, and explains everything in detail also. Thank you for everything you guys do.
