there is so much I want to say based on  my personal experience on this place i will make a quick list1) if you appointment is a 10am they will see you at that exact time I really like that about this place2) the place is super clean 3) all the ladies including the owner AMAZING people you feel you are with friends and polite and they give you the time to talk with you and address your concerns. All the ladies are extremely nice Now about my experience my first visit I was happy they understand your needs as a woman and you dont feel ashamed of your body. Instead they lift you up explaining all the things they can do to help you ENHANCE YOUR BODY TO LOOK AND FEEL BETTERMY LEGS, SMOTACH HAD IMPROVED SO MUCH like 80%  AFTER ALL THE SESSIONS I HAD,  and my legs had a lot of cellulite and after the cavitation treatments and skin tightening  looks and feels smooth  feel more confident wearing shorts and my stomach looks grate. YOU WILL GET RESULTS! IT WORKS!! I DID but you also need to help your self and follow instructions.my  experience was excellent , the prices are affordable and the best thing you dont need any crazy surgeries trust me this lady will work on the areas that you are not happy with .GO VISIT BEVERLY HILLS COSMETICS SERVICES YOU WILL BE BLAD YOU DID. AGAIN AMAZING PLACE, LADIES ARE FRIENDLY AND THE OWNER IS AMAZING SHE WILL WORK WITH YOU ON PAYMENT PLANS  THANK YOU TO THIS PLACE IM VERY HAPPY HOW I LOOK TODAY AND IM COMING BACK FOR MORE .

I have to say the staff is professional

Beware!! I booked 6 40 min session since it would be cheaper to buy direct instead of Groupon and I would get longer sessions. According to the girl on the phone. After my 3rd session they said I had used up all my sessions because they combine sessions which didnt make sense because I only had done 3 40min The owner is the worst! Horrible customer service skills, argues with you over the phone was extremely rude.

This place is awesome I love the results so far.

Purchased groupon called for 2 days straight no response. The website had no way to contact except the same phone number that isn't answered and goes to what sounds like a fax machine

Met with Ms. Chris this morning for my first consultation, was extremely helpful and informative! Easy to like and feel comfortable! Super excited to start my treatments. Thanks Ms. Chris and sweet front desk rep.

I was nervous prior to my appointment, but the staff put me at ease. Karla patiently answered every question that I had and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I met several of the staff members and they were all very sweet, I felt extremely comfortable. Ill definitely be going back in!

Well I finished my last session of body sculpting, skin tightening, lite lipo and body cavitation. 16 weeks, once a week... And Im very sad and disappointed that the procedures didnt do what I thought it would.. Maybe a quarter to a half inch.. Its a lot of money and time for this little of a result.  And really I didnt have that much that I wanted to loose, maybe a full inch, and  even if just the tightening would have worked that would have been awesome,  but no...I made sure also to exercise, and drink plenty of water...So be prepared...The staff there is really great and  I should have asked more questions in the beginning but I did let them know what I wanted from my sessions and was sold on the 16 weeks of treatments to do the trick. But too there are no guarantees...I just basically went off of how Groupon advertised their services, which sounded great. It would have been nice to get at least a partial refund for so little results... Right? And at the end of my contract it also would have been nice if someone, Mgr, would have come in and talked with me to find out if I did or did not like my results? Not just let the last session end and be told...bye?? No follow up nothing. Sure they measured me but getting measured differently by the girls then how Id been measuring myself for over a year. my measurements didnt equal theirsSo Dont think that the 2 or 4 sessions will do the trick when you purchase them from Groupon.. Also most of the reviews are from the clients who have just gone in for their very first visit and are really only talking about the great staff which is exactly how everyone is!! So Just remember it takes time, money and a lot sessions, and maybe youll get results and then too, maybe it wont do anything.
