I love the convenience of having a Carbon Health office near me. The front staff is friendly and always willing to assist. In my experience I have not waited more than 5-10 min in the waiting area. The providers listen, discuss a medical plan and are reassuring that everything will be okay. The reason why I continue to go back as needed is because the providers care. Thank you RC Carbon Health staff.

Never again, even if you have insurance (Blue Shield of CA). Received a bill 9 months later for two visits, then went ahead and charged my account. At the time of service, they said my insurance was accepted but they did not disclose that they were not affiliated with my medical group, that it has been changed. Back and forth with them and my insurance and now I have to appeal to get my money back.

I scheduled an appointment on the carbon health website the night prior for a TB test. The woman at front desk Brittany, was very attentive to each person coming in and calling even though the clinic was very busy that morning!!! I was seen promptly and out of there within 15 minutes.

My daughter heard me constantly complain about how long it takes to be seen in urgent care at Kaiser Fontana so she referred me to Carbon Health in the Victoria Gardens Mall. The appt process was effortless, ALWAYS can get a same day appt, super friendly, clean clinic , professional front staff . When I saw the Dr. I was super impressed with Dr. Brian. Knowledgeable, compassionate, patient , and professional . If I could switch my Dr from dreaded Kaiser to Dr. Brian at Carbon Health , hands down I would in a heartbeat . Unless it’s absolutely necessary to go to Kaiser Fontana , this is my place to go, Carbon Health .
