Chu Le's Online Review Report Card

The absolute worst experience I've had with a doctor's office. The front desk lady was so mean and doesn't have any empathy for patients. I have requested my labs from them and will be finding a place where they actually care about their patients. To be more specific I've been struggling with a thyroid disorder for over a year now. In order to increase my medication I need to wait 6 weeks to get labs done then PA reviews to increase. Based on my last visit, I was still not where I needed to be so they increased my medication. I had my labs done with a follow up appointment. However, I had to cancel due to a funeral that I needed to attend. The front lady offered me an appointment over 3 weeks away and she said it was my fault for cancelling my appointment. She also said the PA told her the same but it was a funeral for someone very important for me. I tried to tell her how important it was that I know whether or not my thyroid was where it needed to be. I have not been feeling well emotionally and I've gained close to 60 pounds within the last year. She just kept laughing and saying it was my fault that I had skipped my follow up and she would leave a message for the provider. But at the same time she said she had just spoken to her. It's unfortunate because they were recommended to me.

The one star is for Dr. Le himself - everyone else here treats you like you are in a fast food line. They do not talk to you with care or empathy- the front office staff seems immature and uncaring. I hope they read this and try to make changes and try to understand they are dealing with the health of individuals, and try to at least act like they care.

Being going to Dr Le for over 12 years. He is great but very busy so make sure you schedule in advance. Joey the office manager is also amazing!

I have been with this clinic for many years since 2004 after moving from San Diego, I have been treated very well since then. Very organized clinic, staffs are friendly, I'm happy with their services.

I am one of Dr. Chu Le's first patients from the time he started his practice at the first floor at San Antonio hospital in Milliken. He is very compassionate and understands my concerns. His aggressive approach led to the detection of my cancer before I had the symptoms and by doing so afforded me early treatment that I can say saved my life. I’m still undergoing treatment but because of early detection, the outlook is promising. The staff are friendly and are always ready to help. This is the reason why I have been with him for over 20 years.

This office and their staff is so unorganized! You can never get an appt with the Dr or the NP!! I called because I am really sick and they said the next available appt is in 12 days!!? What?!!! So I asked for a virtual appt!! None available!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Everytime I call I'm placed on hold then someone else picks up the phone and then places me on hold again just to have another person pick and ask me to explain all over again!!! I have been with this office for a while now and I can truly say I hate this office!!! They don't care about anyone!! They will let you die if it came down to it and they wouldn't even care!!! Warning!! If you care about your well-being don't come to this office ever!!! If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD!!!

I have been a patient with this doctor for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He is very thorough and patient.
