Dr. Elias certainly knows his stuff, but his office is late, un or misinformed and evasive. There's never an apology for a late appointment...and by late I mean 90 minutes late. The office has also consistently conveyed incorrect information with regards to billing and insurance. Furthermore, they are delayed on keeping their records up to date regarding patients' contact information etc. Dr. Elias repaired a broken foot of min a year ago so I figured I'd return for a chronic ailment. Unfortunately the experience was infuriating. Where did patient care and customer service go? Isn't that part of the job too? Note to Dr. Elias - fire your staff and start anew.

Dr Elias and his team were extremely thorough while attending to my medical needs, as I was very nervous about this procedure. I am a professional world class athlete in the peak of my career and am currently healing from an ACL and maniscus tear in my right knee from May, earlier this year. Due to past trauma and overcompensation, my left knee has developed maniscus trouble as well. Dr Elias was informative, kept me comfortable, and by my side for the majority of the treatment, beginning to end. He educated me and put my mind at ease by constant reassurance. The injection procedure was precise, quick and i believe as painless as possible. He also supplied me with some stem cell products to boost my healing for in between injections and has been in contact for follow ups. Overall a great staff and team. I'm very happy with the procedure and look forward to the continued results. He is very optimistic and that makes me very optimistic.
