FirstLight home care is always available to meet my need even at the last minute. They find somebody who can go with me to my doctor's appointment whenever I need it. The caregivers are all very friendly and cordial respectful and prompt. They're willing to go out of their way to help me whenever possible. They're truly good company as well I enjoy the service very much

Lolita is a compassionate business owner. She worked well with our need for a flexible schedule for our dad. We felt very comfortable with all the caregivers. The caregivers were kind and able to recognize any emerging health issues. We researched a few places and First Light was the best. Thank you!

Started with firstlight in nov. Everything is going great. Had a little issue with the first bill which was corrected in a very timely manner. The care giver/dulce is a very caring person. She is very gentle, talks to steve in a very caring way, has always been on time., takes her job seriously. I have cancel appts with no issues. I do recommend this service.

We've had a very positive experience with the service from FirstLight. We hired FirstLight to provide temporary in-home care to my in-laws after both encountered some health issues. FirstLight came out to do the needs assessment and assigned a caregiver right away. Both the office and care staff are very professional, easy to work with and try to accommodate any changes in schedule. The office staff always responds to our inquiries quickly, either by text message, email or phone call. The caregiver Dulce is kind and gentle and we're very pleased with her service. We're fortunate to find FirstLight in our times of need.

I have been working at FirstLight Home Care of Rancho Cucamonga, for some time now and I just have to say I really love my job. My boss makes the difference and that's what matters. She's understanding, compassionate, rewarding, in which makes the entire team work together in a whole. I'm very blessed to have this opportunity as a caregiver and office assistant.
