If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Did a urine test and everyones samples were still in there open and able to be tampered with. There were ants on the wall while I was getting a papsmere. They called me to tell me I had a yeast infection, left me a message before closing letting me know my results were "abnormal" only to have a yeast infection. I stressed the whole night without being able to get ahold of anyone only to find out I had a completely normal condition. they never called in my prescription to treat it. I switched doctors and now they aren't releasing my medical information.

honestly a waste of time! i've never met such a careless doctor ! did'nt even take a second to listen or check your patient. but they're sure good taking a $30+ co pay to not even see me for atleast 5 minutes.  i highly dont reccomend

I have been going there since I was 15 weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I have been extremely disappointed with their customer service on the phone, at the front desk, and the doctor herself. They have wrongly scheduled me, hung up on me after saying hello and being on hold for 20+ minutes and not answering my calls when they asked me to call. They said they would schedule me and haven’t, I am about 7 months and can’t get the care I need in time because of how unorganized they are. If it’s your first pregnancy don’t chose this doctor, I’ll be switching very very soon.

I’m almost CERTAIN that this place is a scam. I almost booked an appointment here a few months ago but because of the reviews, I decided against it. My sister however just recently had an appointment and warned me against going (unaware that I had already heard about their predatory practices). Her experience aligns exactly with the experience outlined in the dozens of other reviews. Dr. Patel should not be practicing and I’m very surprised that this office is even still open. They make you wait for hours just to rush through your appointment. My sister was referred to a different doctor just for a minor procedure that’s clearly outlined as something they offer via their website. They’re clearly scamming and taking advantage of women, only a matter of time before they’re shut down Im sure. In the meantime, I’d recommend seeking a different office for womens health services.

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an appointment. Absolute worst experience! I wanted to confirm my pregnancy, I've been taking at home test for a week and figured it was time to see a doctor. Patel pulled up my ultrasound, looked around for a few seconds then told me I had a miscarriage... without hesitation. I didn't question it because I knew it was early and things happen, but I got a second opinion 15 mins after leaving Patels office and BOOM- a heartbeat was detected. You could only image the emotional rollercoaster I was on. I mentioned Patel's diagnosis and  the the office already knew her name. I guess this is a common mistake that takes place at her office. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this facility. I think she definitely needs to have her license revoked!

Nice office. Very clean and the wait wasn’t long. I like the doctor (she delivered one of my babies 8 years ago) she is kind and gentle. I would like if I felt she listened to my concerns a bit more, but all in all she’s a good doctor and I am glad that every time I make an appointment, she is the actual doctor I get to see. I will go back.

This doctor is not wonderful! Along with everyone in this office. Everyone is so kind, caring And polite! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews but I had a great experience here and will be coming back.

I am ABSOLUTELY frustrated with the experience I had with Dr.Petal, she worried me beyond belief that my pregnancy was abnormal and that within the next month I would start bleeding showing signs of a miscarriage. When my pregnancy is perfectly healthy! It was confirmed by another OBGYN that my baby is perfectly healthy and visible. Dr.petal needs better ultrasound machines hers didn’t show anything in my stomach which then lead her to tell me my pregnancy is abnormal. She did not show any concern or feeling towards me as a patient; she was very brutal with her worlds no feeling what so ever, telling me To not get the baby scraped out to let it bleed it out when yet my pregnancy is completely healthy.

My appointment was absolutely RUSHED.. Greeta Patel didn’t listen in the slightest to my concerns which are IMPORTANT at my age! Now I’m waiting nearly 2 weeks later for results, don’t bother calling bc you’ll get the answering service at all hours of the day who take a message that won’t be returned! I will be reporting to my insurance so that no one else will choose this women’s dr who doesn’t care about women!!

They just kicked my husband out and that wasn’t very nice ha first appointment with me and I personally think he needs to see how our baby is doing Laura at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful I don’t it and I won’t be coming back 😒
