Grove Diagnostic Imaging's Online Review Report Card

I came for an Ultrasound, I left with a deep sense of pity for the broken and lost souls that keep this wretched sinking ship of despair running. Down the dim, hollow, aging walls of this toxic hellscape reverberates the tortured energy of the millions of deeply unsatisfied patients who had the misfortune of being referred here. My advice: if you must go here, go with anunderstanding that this will be a front row seat to the most horrifically toxic environment that civil society has to offer, and then be eternally glad that you are only just visiting. And, try to be kind to the employees- their suffering is real.

This is the second time I have made an appointment with Grove  Diagnosticthe first one was in May so I showed up and they tell me the CT Scan machine isn't working this is their location on Haven.I ask the lady at the desk why didn't someone call me about the cancellation?I rescheduled my appointment at the grove location for Monday 6-6-2021at 830 am after fasting,kept getting reminder notices thru email which I responded.So I show up at around 8am and the receptionist tells me I have an appointment at 330pm on Weds the 8th which I never made and I wouldn't do to fasting. I told her to reschedule it then for early morning on a Monday or Friday my days off ,so she tells me the earliest date is June 27thso when I get home the appointment slip says Monday June 7th wth?not a happy camper

RadNet is badly managed. We tried to make appointment on-line, after many attempts, the appointment could not be confirmed on the exact last step.  For misleading purpose, RadNet website pretended to capture all the information and gave us a "MPN Number", and asked us to call to make appointments.We tried to call the next day, RadNet's phone system was very fragile, we got hung up after connected and talked to live persons for about 10 seconds. We got disconnected three times in a row. Finally we got hold a gentleman, which was very polite. He told us no information was captured before, the MPN Number, well, doesn't mean anything. RadNet is badly managed. If you have choices, stay away from them.

My partner was referred here by his doctors office for X-rays and went in as a walk-in but the receptionists tried refusing him during their own walk-in hours. You should not deny people for their ordered x-rays. The receptionists refuse people and sends them away when they're busy but accept other people when it dies down. Everyone coming here is coming because something is WRONG with them and even when people are willing to wait as walk-ins they tell them no. Not only are they inconsiderate, they're incompetent. That, or they just don't care to do their jobs efficiently to help the people in need. It felt like they made my partners experience purposely complicated in order to encourage him to leave so they wouldn't have to assist him despite mentioning that he was in pain and was willing to wait as a walk-in. Don't work in health care if you aren't interested in helping people.

X-ray techs were very nice.Rude woman at front desk, spoke about my personal health information very loudly with full waiting room. Mortifying. Long wait.

Grossly incompetent.  First, the scheduler gave me the wrong address.  Second, when I came to the office, the receptionist told me that I had to go to the different building for MRI.  When I arrived to the different office, I was late for 5 mins due to the scheduler's incompetent.  I was able to check in.  After waiting for 45 mins, I was told to reschedule due to the fact that I was check in late.  Unbelievable, I couldn't believe it happened.  I asked for speaking with the manager.  First the receptionist told me to wait, but five mins later, he told me the manager was not in office and asked me to call on Monday.  I asked to speak with the MRI technician, but unsucessfully due to their lie.  Everyone in this office lied.

Calling to schedule an appointment is really bad, the guy who answers the phone he's in outer space. It has been weeks and my doctor did not receive the result. I called to find out, no body answers.

As others have pointed out - this company is GROSSLY INCOMPETENT. And my experience is not unique either, according to what other reviewers have stated. They reschedule my appointment 4 times due to what they ALLEGE has been insurance authorization delays/problems. First time, I found out - after calling them and my insurance multiple times - that the issue was they had not received records from my primary doctor and no authorization had actually been requested yet! Second and third times, same thing - "insurance authorization delay." Again, I called them and my insurance multiple times and each time, insurance said they could expedite the process and just needed to speak with the facility. I asked Grove/Radnet to call my insurance with a priority phone number (after some arguing because they don't let you speak with the people who handle the insurance authorizations). Apparently, this was not done and they still don't have an authorization. I received a notification about a 4th rescheduled appointment reminder for tomorrow that had no time (I didn't pick a date/time previously for this and they did this on their own). I called to get a time and while I was at it, I checked to ensure the insurance authorization was completed. OF COURSE IT WASN'T! I canceled everything with them. I will find another facility that isn't utterly worthless. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHES AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!

Absolutely the worst imaging center I went to. Grossly incompetent, they lose your documents and then blame others or just blatantly lie to your face.  Then they randomly cancel your appointment with a reason that resulted from their incompetence. Unbelievable, you couldn't be more rude if you tried. They have no intention of helping you.  You are just a number and dollar sign. They don't care if you go there, there will be another chump staying in line. I would advise all doctors referring their patients here to reconsider.  It reflects badly on you.

Does not feel like an imaging center, it feels like a mini Hawaiian Resort and you're ready to go on a little tour. As soon as you walk in the lady at the front desk greets you and gets your information ready for the MRI. The technician was very informative and made me feel at ease and kicked my Tension out the door with his  professional demeanor. I was out exactly approximately the time he said it took to complete.
