List of Haritha R. Alla's Reviews
Dr Alla is a good cardiologist with a staff that needs to be replaced. I believe that it is the staff who set the tone for the practice and based on my experience I would be reluctant to refer anyone to this office. But I hope the time I revise this review that Dr Alla has rid herself of assistants who don't appear to be interested in good patient care. And add to that, a basic understanding of medical terminology, such as Sonia who said that I could not get an appointment because my referral did not specifically state it was “pre-op.” The referral said for purposes of assessing me for surgery. So in other words, pre-operation evaluation and assessment as to risk. As a patient, I should not have to explain to someone who works in a doctor’s office what that referral meant. I had been awaiting my primary care doctor’s approval for surgery. The last step in the process was an EKG and risk assessment by Dr Alla. While it took some time to convince Sonia to give me an appointment, a month after it was done, Dr Alla's staff still hadn't sent it to my primary doctor. (Normally the surgery center would not accept anything over 30 days past the date of assessment so I was lucky to get a small waiver. Otherwise, I would have had to wait for another opening in Dr Alla's schedule, start all over again, and delay surgery further.) When I asked about sending the assessment, an assistant said, "Oh, yeah" as if it was something that merely slipped her mind. The staff couldn't even be bothered to get the fax number to my primary doctor, so I had to call them and then relay it back to Alla's office. I would advise against this practice based purely on the staff. If you’re having heart problems can you count on the staff of this practice to process your records efficiently?
Horrible experience. She saw me for 2 minutes and rushed me out. Was short, did not listen, was rude and made me feel like she did not care. Will never go back.

I received treatment over a year ago and received multiple bills spread out over months after that - one of which appeared more than 3 MONTHS after treatment. Pretty confident I received an additional bill that made no sense but it was only $20 so it’s not a big deal right? I just received ANOTHER BILL FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID FOR but now it’s a charge as if I had no insurance. This is A YEAR AFTER TREATMENT. I had to call my insurance company for them to admit they made an error and I actually owed them a few dollars instead of a couple thousand!! Hopefully someone at the practice is reading these reviews because this is HORRENDOUS. How can you call yourself a legitimate doctor when you are bankrupting patients for SERVICES ALREADY PAID. NEVER AGAIN
Dr. Alla is intelligent but she doesn't have time to answer patients questions.
She is the best cardiologist.
Made an appointment as a new patient. Was invited in at my appointment time and then sat, in the exam room, for nearly an hour waiting on the doctor. Apparently, her time is the only time that's important. Ended up walking out. Guess I'll be finding another doctor. Ridiculous...
Dr. Alla has treated me for many years. She is kind, knowledgeable, and I have great trust in her judgement. I have heart failure and she is realistic about my treatment, especially at my age. She is not looking for unrealistic treatments but expects me to follow her chosen plan for control of my physical comfort to achieve the best outcome for me under the given condition I am in. She is realistic.
She is an awsome doctor and her staff are amazing and on top of everything ❤❤❤❤❤

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
