After intensive research selecting the right surgeon for a procedure for my wife, we selected Dr. Lin. He by far has been the most professional, honest and outstanding doctor we have ever met. After the procedure, to no fault of Dr. Lin, my wife had a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic. Dr. Lin was extremely compassionate and stay in contact with us every step of the way, even giving me his personal telephone number The procedure was precisely what we had expected, every appointment has been positive and we always look forward in coming into the office for our follow ups. As a recently retired Law Enforcement Officer, I did the investigation for you , look no further, I trusted Dr. Lin with my family and so should you ! I am so grateful to Dr. Lin for the amazing job he did on my bilateral breast reduction and bilateral free nipple graft. Amazing results! I am 3 months post op and can not be,happier with my results! Dr. Lin and his staff are beyond courteous and professional. His staff at St. Jude hospital surgery center is just as awesome too! I am so impressed and amazed at my recovery and very minimal scarring. I went from a size 40EE to 38C/D and I am oooh so thankful to Dr. Linn for just being that he can be and for answering all my questions and talking to me in detail and at length about my procedures and pre-op & post-op. Dr. Lin's main focus is revenue 100% not about the patents. I voiced about my son's very bad side effects on Dupixent but instead of noting it down for other patients, he didnt want to listen. He didn't want to see my son again and referred us to Dermatologist for continuing care because we stopped Dupixent. I thought he was caring and different. Twas So heart breaking.

THE Breast Savior!!!I will boast about this Human called Dr. Lin for the rest of my life. He is such an amazing Dr. from consultation to recovery follow ups. Even with complications of my breast implants in 2016 done elsewhere. I was not sure if I wanted replacements or an Explant with Breast Lift. I am healthier today because of his Explant and Lift Surgery. I had complications with my implants that caused me various health conditions. Dr. Lin took on my case, removed my oversized implants along with all the capsules it created. I now am healthier living pain free with my natural breast and lift he gave me. He is true to his profession, full of passion for his field and patients. When I had his full support to not get new implants I felt even happier to be his patient. I am now 3 months post-op.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. I decided to get a single mastectomy and needed a plastic surgeon who can do breast reconstruction. Dr. Hengli (Henry) Lin was referred by my doctor, and I couldn't be happier. He is so awesome!! He was very attentive, caring, kind, and friendly. He listened and answered all my questions and concerns, explained in detail what he was going to do before, during, and after surgery, showed images of his past breast reconstructions, and did not rush me even though I asked a lot of questions. He made me feel safe and at ease. I was very thankful because it was an emotional time for me and I was really devastated at the time. Most importantly, he did a great job with my breasts. The result was better than expected! His staff is also awesome, friendly and kind. I never waited more than 10 minutes to meet with Dr. Lin. He really appreciates the patients time as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lin and his staff. Thank you so much!

Very rude doctor Henry Lin he has no patience and you can’t even talk or ask questions because he talks over you not very professional !!

Dr Lin is seriously the best doctor ever. My mom recently had skin removal and dr Lin was her surgeon. He was sweet and patient with my mom and made sure to answer all her questions. My moms cut is healing well and there are no complications. I highly recommend him!

McConnell & Lin Plastic Surgery were referred to me by my breast doctor and breast doctor's M.A. in 2019, and again in 2021, and from my general surgeon, for two separate surgeries; breast reduction with lift, removal of excess breast tissue under the arm, and abdominoplasty with diastasis reci repair with liposuction. I wasn't all, "full steam ahead" about the breast surgery in 2019, because I had not given much thought in years about proceeding with procedures that I had not thought about doing in decades. But health issues were now causing me a great deal of pain in my neck, back and core, plus time, many years and expense at my chiropractor, physical therapy, neck and spine surgeon, shoulder surgeon, and pain management doctor appointments, led me to finally make a subsequent consultation with him in 2021, with the plan to potentially book a double surgery. While these means to get better, were very helpful tools that I am very thankful and grateful, along with my own tools that I've acquired along the way; I knew that my new "lifestyle" as a revolving patient, which was now becoming my identity, could not continue to be one, as a continuous patient in chronic pain. The long and short of it is that after watching Dr. Lin's video as to why he chose to become a plastic surgeon, along with his humble spirit and caring demeanor, which was one of kindness and compassion, and the referrals I received from my medical team. I made a consultation appointment with the plan of having him perform two surgeries to try to help put Humpty Dumpty back together again. I'm not all healed yet, but at nearly four months post-op, I can honestly give this review for him as an excellent, meticulous, artistic, skilled surgeon with a very sensitive bedside manner, who didn't dismiss my concerns, patiently listened to me and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability, which made me feel confident about proceeding with the surgeries. I tend to want to know and understand more information about the procedures, than maybe most folks, which can annoy doctors who want their patients to simply trust their expertise, but coming from a medical family, and appreciating my father's skill, university teaching background and practice, along with years of personal experience with medical issues and multiple doctors and surgeons, has trained me to ask questions about my potential procedures and possible outcomes. Dr. Lin was candidly honest about what was possible and what reasonable and realistic outcomes to expect. Patient safety is his utmost priority. He was present for all of my appointments. His patient followup is remarkable. He is very conscientious about his work and takes pride in making sure that it is done safely, correctly and aesthetically pleasing. His background as a student, doctor and his practice, is most impressive. He also kindly assisted me with making sure I had a very skilled and caring anesthesiologist. John MacCarthy, M.D. has been the best anesthesiologist who's ever taken care of me in surgery requiring general anesthesia. I tend to be very medication sensitive and reactive and I have had some unpleasant reactions from previous surgeries due to the technique, skill, and perhaps, not listening close enough to my concerns about my anesthesiology reactions. Dr. MacCarthy helped my recovery 100%, by helping me come out of surgery not feeling nauseous, doped out and having amnesia - after the fact. I would highly recommend Dr. Lin for reduction mammaplasty and abdominoplasty. My neck, back and core are thanking me.

At my initial consultation with Dr. Lin I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and his friendly, personable manner. He was very thorough and patient in explaining my surgical procedure and answering my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the outcome of my breast reduction, and with the excellent follow-up care I have received. It was a positive experience from beginning to end!
