Doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics for strep until test results came back which takes 3 days! I had a 103 degree fever. I went straight to another urgent care. They took one look at me and prescribed antibiotics. How can you see someone hardly able to talk or swallow and tell them to hold on for 3 days. Insane

The whole staff is always so nice and helpful. The doctor I saw today was thorough and his bedside manner was great.

Overall the whole experience was fine but I am disappointed that I was not given an effective antibiotic. I was instead given placebos and anti inflammatories for a true throat infection.

Everything at the visit was fine until I went to pick up my prescription today and they said the dr cancelled it cause I didn't pick it up yesterday

Everybody did a great job, I Was in and seen pretty quickly diagnosed and giving two injections and prescriptions. Was very happy with everything.
