I came here for Xeomin after a friend recommended the place, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I made the mistake of not asking how many units would be used. They ended up injecting more than double my usual dose, 50 units total, which left me completely frozen. My face looks unnatural, and my smile, which I’ve always loved, now looks distorted, especially after getting units in my chin. I am petite and 29 years old I don’t know why they would have needed such high dose or not asked me beforehand. I’ve been using dysport for two years and have never had a result like this. I haven’t stopped crying because I truly don’t feel like myself, and now I have no choice but to wait it out. What makes it even harder is that my birthday is in a few days, and I have a party coming up. I can’t even smile, my smile is crooked. I honestly feel like the 50 units were pushed just to increase the cost- without even asking. If I’m not mistaken that’s a whole vial. The result has made me incredibly self-conscious. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this experience to others.

The Cool Sculpting worked for me! I had that extra bit of baby weight, & it was able to shrink my sides & lower belly. I can finally start working more on getting flatter.

I have been here twice and have had a great experience both times. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Colleen was so helpful and explained everything very well. She was very supportive. Barinder and Sarah were also very kind and informative. I can’t wait to go back!
