MIchael Feinman's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Feinman has been my doctor for about a year and half. Unfortunately my husband and I had to move due to the military but our embryos are still in CA. We've done 4 FET with Dr. Feinman and unfortunately none have equaled a live birth. We aren't giving up hope and will continue to keep trying for our miracle. Dr. Feinman is very prompt via email, he is a "tell it how it is" kind of doctor which I appreciate. He listens to your wants/needs and open to answer any questions. I've had 3 nurses in my 1.5 years at HRC and Kat is by far THE BEST!!! She is just a text away, even on weekends. I wish she could have been my nurse the entire 1.5 years but any patient who lucks out with this duo is blessed. IVF is a rough journey and if you have a good doctor and nurse in your corner advocating for you, it makes it much more tolerable!!

Our experience with Dr. Feinman has been nothing short of amazing! He has been such a blessing. Our FET was successful on the first try and I'm now 9 weeks pregnant. I have no doubt he's the best at what he does! His confidence and just overall knowledge of this practice made us so comfortable, any questions we had he took the time to thoroughly explain. We were lucky enough to have Kat as our nurse and she has literally been there for us every step of the way. She makes herself available day and night 7 days a week and ALWAYS picked up the phone if we needed her with any questions or concerns. Ivy in the finance department is an ANGEL. She has made the process with billing such a breeze and always went out of her way to make sure everything was right. There is no other fertility clinic I would have rather gone on this journey with, thank you guys all so much! You all will forever have a special place in our hearts!

Staff unprofessional. Insurance was not checked, verified or even a claim submitted. They immediately sent me a bill for $350 even though I clearly stated before the appointment I could cancel the appointment until they did their part to verify. I know of my coverage and specifically said I can come back another time and u did not sign their form. Dr Feinman told me to just come back and he wouldn't bull me as I am a return patient. I have not been able to reach anyone including him from the office. But they continue to mail a credit card authorization form and bill for $350. I have asked the process to dispute and we are going on 60 days with no follow up. I have never experienced a anything like this with the medical and healthy industries.I have had to call my insurance carrier for guidance on filing a dispute sadly.

We were putting off trying for our second baby due to the pandemic but since it doesn't seem to be going anywhere soon and I just keep getting older, we felt what better time to try than now. We had an embryo in storage from our last IVF transfer 4 years ago and moved forward with priming. Dr Feinman was again helpful and compassionate. It was a slightly different experience due to office COVID protocols but we had a pleasant experience. We are thankful to again be pregnant due to the amazing Dr Feinman!

Dr. Feinmann spent less than 5 minutes with me during my post-surgical visit. In addition, he did not wear a mask in the exam room.

Dr. Feinman did my HSG and boy what a nightmare! He's worse than Dr. Boostanfer. You go in and are lined up naked in a gown with others peoples husbands present (not sure why men are allowed in the surgical area) and I had to walk past them holding my gown closed. No privacy. In the operating room, under the table I laid on directly under my lady parts, was a trash can filled to the brim of soggy ...

In the operating room, under the table I laid on directly under my lady parts, was a trash can filled to the brim of soggy saturated bloody sponges. All this seemed weird to me at the time but now it all creates a pretty solid picture of how this fertility clinic works - like an Jiffy Lube. After the procedure was over he told me everything was fine and then as he walked out the door, told me my right fallopian tube is blocked and the door slammed. I was crestfallen... I asked the nurse what to do next and she told me I am not a patient at their clinic so I'll have to just call Dr. B's office to see what happens next. Five days went by with no word from anyone- even after calling and leaving messages. Dulce (his assistant) is just as uncaring and rude.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about HRC and about Dr. Michael Feinman!!!! From our first consultation to our graduation day, Dr. Feinman exceeded any and all expectations we had about what IVF would look like. (For reference, my husband and I went through IVF specifically for genetic reasons. We ended up going through two rounds of IVF, had a successful first embryo transfer, and am currently ...

My husband and I struggled to conceive for a year before we met dr. Feinman. My husband had NOA and we had been to 3 different doctors - endocrinologists & urologists - who all insisted they would be able to help my husband produce sperm. The third and final doctor suggested we might look into IVF, friends of ours referred us to Dr. Feinman and we scheduled a meeting. Upon meeting Feinman he wasn't particularly warm and fuzzy and he cut straight to the point. He took one look at my husband's records and said the cocktail of meds he had been on was never going to work and that he needed to add in FSH (we had asked previous doctors about FSH repeatedly and been told it wouldn't help). Feinman wrote the prescription and within 30 days my husband's sperm count had gone up by 40x. Unfortunately we would still have to move forward with IVF but Feinman made it possible! Once we started down the road of IVF Dr. Feinman had a few diagnostic procedures he wanted to go through for both my husband and I - although I was hesitant to spend the money when we already knew the problem I trusted Feinman and thank God I did. We found that I had a birth defect that would need to be addressed in order to have a successful pregnancy, Feinman performed the surgery and everything went perfectly. A year later my husband and successfully got pregnant through IVF with Dr. Feinman. The longer we worked with him the stringer our Dr-Patient relationship became. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with our miraculous baby girl and we owe it all to Dr. Feinman.
