the absolute worst. i wish i could leave negative stars. there is one girl in the front office in chino who does anything she promises. i saw 2 dr's who were both useless, uncaring and unprofessional. go anywhere else... this place will make your mental health worse!!! update: still awful. they responded to a negative review in an hour but I sent an email like they requested almost a week ago an have yet to get an acknowledgement, never mind a response. these people are downright dangerously irresponsible.

It’s RARE that I ever leave a review anywhere, because I’m so picky or whatever my husband calls it. But I want to give a special thanks to Yes from the this office for helping me out and taking her time to really help me after offices had me going back and forward calling different offices to get a simple letter done. She really showed me how much she cares about us patients and her job the other locations need more people like her working there. Thank you again. Bring Yesenia back this place had became a hot mess miss Veronica needs to do a better job with phone service

Do avoid if you can. My particular psychiatrist, Josephine Aideloje, doesn't listen and takes terrible notes on how she's prescribed in previous months. I also have issue with the office— no matter how many times I request to get my refill submitted, they either forget the diagnosis code or fail to submit it all together. I should have left after my first appointment. I have to horde and reduce my medicine intake for fear I won't have any once they run out. Update: After getting a voicemail today with the intent to discuss this review, I FINALLY get a refill. So this is what it takes.

Chrystanya Adeniji takes her time with her Patients. She doesn’t push drugs and finds the perfect chemistry that works for them. She didn’t use my insurance, months later I was charged thousands of dollars for her services when my insurance should have been billed.
