The absolute best team of providers I’ve ever had. Everyone that I’ve come across is so friendly, attentive to my needs and concerns, and they always point me in the right direction. This is the first time I feel that my concerns and symptoms aren’t being ignored or gaslit. Highly recommend. P.s Dr Nick and Vicky are absolute gems. You don’t find many care providers who are compassionate and actually care about their patients and their individual needs. I love it there

I was unhappy with my previous medical office and I'm so happy I found Norton Delgado! PA Sarah is great, so is all of the other staff. They respond quickly to my messages and I feel heard. I 100% recommend this office.

The PA's and doctor are nice but the girls in the front are a little rude. I was trying ti make an appointment before I left but she had me waiting too long. I eventually just left.

As a caregiver for my mom and one of my children, I do a lot of time in doctors offices. That is why this location is such a lovely relief. We were sent to them initially through my local health insurance, through covered California, and, for once, it was one of the best referrals I've received. The office is Clean and calming with its decor and general environment. The staff are professional and helpful, and all of the providers I have met are extremely competent, listening, and reassuring. There are multiple ways to reach out to them via phone or text, and the response time is always reasonable. I highly recommend

I had to change my primary doctor from the high desert and chose the Norton Delgado Family Medicine which happened to be the best decision I could have made. I'm type 2 diabetic and was never educated on my illness. The Norton Delgado Family Medicine not only made me feel like I was not alone made me feel like they genuinely cared about me about my health. Explained everything and answered my questions with no hesitations. This is a first in many years but made me feel like family. The goal all the way around is to make me healthier the bast way possible. I have a phobia with needles which has made me get anxiety in the worst way possible. He changed my insulin shots to a prefilled pen that I can just inject myself. No fuss no mess just like that. Monica who checke my vitals weight, etc. was so very sweet and personable. Having a great personality and just chatting goes along way. My main hero Nicolas Knowles honestly that has for the first time since I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes made me feel like I could get this disease under control. I prayed I would find a primary doctor that actually cared about there patients and the lord answered my prayers with Norton Delgado Family practice. This is my final destination Dr. No need to ever go elsewhere. A true blessing and would refer this place to everyone who wants to feel as if we are all family. 🙂
