I am so glad I found Perfect Image! The staff, especially Huma, they are amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so calming, relaxing. I was greeted right away and did not have to wait long. Everything was explained to me, including what to expect, and for me, that helps with any anxiety I may have had initially. The staff is caring and professional. I absolutely recommend Prefect Image!

I want to go on this platform and share my experience so that this does not happen to anybody else . I was getting laser hair removal when a nurse lasered over my tattoo , this has caused damages to my skin and tattoo but the worse is the staff, owner , manager, nurse have not resolved this mattered they don’t deserve to be in business I would not trust them with any other major medical choice I can’t express my disappointment enough

Weight loss program failed on me. They first offered a service at 199 per month including the B12. I was ok with it, at the second month I was asked for f I wanted to increase the amount dose of it will be $495.00 when initially I was told the higher those $297.00 and the max it could go was $397.00 per month. Then I was told this were not the price but $500 a month. The B-12 they gave me injection once a month because according to them the dose was higher. They had told me 3 different reason why I got it only once a month. I don't mind paying the price if I'm given the right information. You all got to be in the same page and not give different information on each visit.

Very disappointed. Beware of what they say because I feel they are not on the same page. I received a treatment and therefore received points for my next treatment. I had my debt card compromised and so I split my treatment. I Was never told I couldn't use the points for 3 months, I was told I could use it for next treatment and then she made my appointment. So I came back 2 weeks later and had another treatment and was given a total of $136 by the technician. When I went to pay my total was $156. Then the manager insinuated that I was going to try to go to a different shop to use the points I couldn't use today. I don't even think like that! I quietly said I would not be back and had to repeat it several times.

Excellent office, very attentive, thorough,staff above and beyond. Office clean,the Atmosphere was welcoming and greeted with smiles. Celina did my hydrafacial platinum it was very relaxing. RN Alex was also very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this office.
