It's hard to see an actual doctor now. Just PAs. You won't get to a room until over an hour after your appointment time, even when the waiting room is empty. They lost their personal approach. Dr. Singh used to be amazing.

I've been with Rancho Wellness for years. Heidi was my primary care provider. I reached out in severe pain and explained I left urgent care due to having severe abdominal pain and I'm in between the process of seeing specialist and getting imaging done to get to the bottom of whats going on and explained I had cyst on my ovary. Which was also causing immense pain during my menstrual cycle. I got a call back from the receptionist saying Heidi wouldn't prescribe anything outside of an Tylenol or ibuprofen which I was already taking 800-1000mg of. It was very careless and incredibly disappointing especially being with Heidi for years and her being fully aware of my situation of past miscarriages. I was shown no compassion at all. I ended up in the ER and had to pay for that on top of urgent care visit all due to lack of care from my primary doctor and of this establishment. I will be finding a new primary and highly do not recommend

A great place. The office staff are efficient and pleasant. The medical providers are amazing. Dr Singh is the best doctor I have ever had. He is pleasant and thorough. I recomend him to everybody I know.

This is the most well run office I've ever seen. My past experience has been in administration of large practices as well as teaching medical in junior college. During. This time it is very difficult to find excellent doctors and staff. This practice is exceptional

VERY RUDE I CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE GIRL HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME I CALL AGAIN AND SHE HANGS UP AGAIN ALL I SAID WAS GOODMORNING I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND I HEAR HER TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND HANGS UP ..NOT GOOD AT ALL

Terrible customer service. Monique at the front desk is rude and disrespectful every time I call or come in. Constant problems with medications and prior authorizations, with zero urgency to fix them. Patients deserve better care and respect than this.
