I have had a pleasant experience with this office from the time I started therapy back in March 2021. To begin, the staff is friendly, the office is very clean, and they take safety precautions regarding their clients health very seriously. I appreciate the flexibility of telehealth and in person sessions as well.Moreover, Dr. Saniyyah has been more than kind and patient with me throughout my experience here. She has taught me ways to reframe my thinking and works directly with implementing personal goals so I can see my growth and progress. Her honest and kind demeanor makes it easy to speak with her although I know she is going to push me to become the best version of myself. You will definitely be in good hands here. :)

Boo for this place. I was referred there by insurance. Booked an appointment at the end of December and the first availability was 1/11. Booked weekly appointments. Got a call yesterday asking to reschedule from afternoon till evening. That wouldn't fit my schedule. Sania asked me why. Let her know it wouldn't work. She had to move some stuff in schedule and call back. When she did it wouldn't work either, again she asked me why. It was off-putting that she would ask me why I couldn't change my schedule. Decided against starting a therapy relationship on a strange foot so changed mt referral.Good luck if you go.

Simple Solutions Psychotherapy has been more than a simple solution for me. I am so glad that I found this practice! The environment is so welcoming and peaceful, not to mention that I love the way it’s decorated! Most important thing to mention is the staff and therapists. I truly love that Simple Solutions Psychotherapy is inclusive. As a person of color, it has been important for me that I find a therapist I identify with and that understand my cultural background. This has been something that has been truly difficult for me and I have been able to find here.

One of our founders had a great experience as a client here and we hired them for services through our company. They provided mental health workshops for one of our empowerment programs and we are thoroughly satisfied with their services. The staff is very professional, educated and friendly. The appointments always start on time and are jam packed with helpful information. It’s obvious the therapists here love what they do. The office is beautiful too! The environment there is calm and comforting. Now whenever we are asked for therapy services, we share their contact info. Those we have referred have all been very happy with their sessions and the service received. So much so that they also refer their friends and family! We get constant thank you messages from our network in regards to Simple Solutions Pyschotherapy. Which is a relief because we always hope that any company we refer to will also impress those we refer.

This was the best therapy experience I’ve had to date. The staff was professional and experienced. They listened to me and my needs. I felt psychologically safe, heard and and was provided with clear steps, tips and tools to help me succeed.

Let’s say Therapy is very cool and underrated I was also surprise to see how much progress was needed in my life. Thankful to have a place to go to and receive no judgment.. Simple Solutions psychotherapy is a great Place and may I add they accept Insurance which most don’t.. I recently went here to start therapy and decided to change therapist and the supervisor had very negative energy assuming I had an issue with the first therapist. She then called me after leaving to try to say I was rude with them when I was not at all but I didn’t let that stop me from staying with them until I got a new therapist and was told that in my file her supervisor decided to put I exhibited rude/inappropriate behavior which then had the therapist reacting very biased towards me and very unhelpful. The service I received was very negative and unpleasant and all around not very helpful.

I love this place 2 of my daughters attended the art therapy and from the very day they came home saying how much they enjoyed it. They learned how to channel their emotions into their art and I love that. Both of them are very excited to begin the new classes when they start back up.
