I went for an appointment early in the morning for Botox. When the nurse took me to the room she took a quick peek in the fridge and said oh I am sorry we ran out of Botox. How can you run out of Botox at a med spa ? I had read the comment of a previous patient that they had told her that too. Just think it's weird that they would run out of Botox and not let the patient know before going in.

Had another session today at south bay med spa. Was treated by sarena, she is absolutely the best!!! Very easy to work with and knows her stuff. I was in a bit in a hurry this specific day, and she was super accommodating and truly professional. Again, just the best in the business. I highly recommend this place!!!

Absolutely stellar service! Sarena and her team are amazing and so incredibly compassionate as well as professional. This was my first time lasering and I was so comfortable and taken care of! 10000/10 best service EVER!!!!

I have had several treatments at South Bay Medical Spa and I must say the entire Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and super sweet! The entire staff makes you feel comfortable and once at ease the procedure is over. Am starting to see the results which I was told would happen in time. I highly recommend South Bay Medical Spa and allow them to work their magic.

Where do I start??? The staff is amazing. I received several services. There is hardly any wait time when you make an appointment. The facility is super clean. I was always welcomed with a smile. Sarena assisted me with most of my services…. I kinda felt like I had a little sister there!😁 I would recommend this location. All staff members are knowledgeable. Thank MedSpa for helping me reach my goals…I look and feel AMAZING!🥰
