West Coast Dental Of Rancho Cucamonga's Online Review Report Card

Based on a cleaning, root canal and crown I'm quite happy with them and the work they have done. The staff is very good at what they do and seem to have a great camaraderie which bodes well for the business culture. Dental issues are explained completely and plainly with treatment plans presented without being pushy. They have answered all my questions and have been very accommodating with scheduling. They make good use of technology without feeling gimmicky. I definitely recommend them.

Very bad experience with West Coast Dental, from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca., in the department of financial orthodontics, it is like a street market, I was attended by Ana who did not want to give me her last name, she after giving different prices was held in I told her to write it to me in the budget and she said no, that the offer is only for today, that she is the only one who can make discounts that if I decide another day another person will attend me and he will not do anything to me discount. I tried to call Marcela who is the manager but she never answered me. do not go to that place, the customer service is very bad.

I was quoted one price, then they changed the promised price later and tried adding extra charges. They also worked on the wrong side of my mouth after giving me a numbing shot, which is completely unacceptable. After I complained, they tried forcing me to pay additional fees and taxes. I came back to have the work properly finished, but because my insurance transferred to COBRA, they denied treatment and left me with a gaping hole in my tooth, creating a medical emergency. I had already paid $400 and received no proper completed work. It got so bad I had to contact corporate and even call the sheriff just to file a complaint and document the situation. Now I'm preparing to take them to small claims court to recover my money. This place caused unnecessary pain, stress, and an emergency situation instead of providing proper dental care. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before trusting them with your dental work.

I hate this place. They have like 25 employees and still manage to be so unorganized. This place wastes your time. They don't give you basic information for anything. I had a wisdom tooth removal appointment thinking I was going to get them removed just for them to look at my teeth and say I need to be sedated like duh. We knew that from my first appointment here so why did I come in, request time off from work just for a man to look in my mouth and say another surgeon has to do the surgery like BRUH. When I called they told me I would be getting them removed but instead I just wasted my time to be referred to another location in riverside thats 30+ miles away from me and that appointment isn't for another 10 days. So I have to request time off of work AGAIN and who knows if the riverside location will do the same. Let's see how much they bill me for wasting my time. This place pissed me off bad. I hope everyone working there gets a flat tire or worse.

Es una oficina horrible donde me maltrataron en varios aspectos especialmente como dr. Tung hizo extraccion en octubre 2025 sin BONE GRAFT y ahora me duele mucho. También casi nadie del personal me trataron con respeto porque soy discapacitado

I hate the dentist but this place was awesome! Shout out to the Dr and their staff! Came in today with no appointment to take care of a tooth ache. Dr gave me options and that’s one thing that stood out from the rest. Thank you to everyone yall jus got yourself a regular

Great experience!! From the moment I checked in, Emelyn was very quick and knowledgeable with getting my insurance verified. Karina was quick to get me back and very gentle with Xrays. Nicki took care of my cleaning she was very quick and gentle while scaling and Cindy was very kind and considerate when it came time to go over my finances!! Overall 10/10 I will be recommending family to come here as well!! Thank you Rancho team!!

Update: My insurance confirmed that I should have only paid $120, yet I was charged $585. That means West Coast Dental owes me a refund of $465. It has now been over 6 weeks, and they are still holding my money with no resolution. I have followed up multiple times and have not received a clear update or timeline for the refund. This kind of delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Patients should not have to chase down their own money for weeks after an overcharge. !
