I went in to get my ultrasound done and all the ladies that were working were all so friendly and very helpful. After my ultrasound was done, the technician was very helpful answering all my concerns I had. Then she had me talk to Dr Mckale who explained to me what procedures I can do to fix my problems with my varicose veins. I’m looking forward to go back there and have them help me with my ugly and painful veins.

After being talked into the procedure after being told my out of cost I went ahead with it in October of 2021. I've since had 2 follow up appointments and was now called today about my remaining balance? Wtf? After squeezing in the 2 surgeries before the end of the year I'm now being told this year I have to meet my out of pocket too, not once since the new year was this ever communicated by the biller in charge Ana. Great service by the medical staff but Ana was condescending over the phone trying to explain how much she "understood". Like that's going to pay the $750 I'm being told I owe. Not coming back for any further appointments....would never had done the surgery if I knew I'd then be hit with hidden follow up costs. Run!

Great vein treatment. Gracie is so professional and helpful. She answers all your questions and makes you feel at ease. All staff is great!

This place is amazing. Gracie and the girls are so attentive and thorough. I ask a million questions and am never made to feel like I am bugging. During the procedure, they have soft music playing and work as a team. And...my legs...well, they look great!

I came for an assessment of my leg veins (so ugly!). Initially, they performed an ultrasound and had the vascular surgeon evaluate. His recommendation was no surgery at this time but injections with Asclera (polidocanol). I was introduced to Nurse Gracie and her team in Rancho Cucamonga. So glad I came! Everyone is very friendly in the office from the front staff to back, I have now come on 4 visits with same experience each time. For myself, Gracie recommeded a total of 3 treatments for my left leg. I am super happy with the results as my area of concern is 80% improved with 1-2 treatments. Would highly recommend the Rancho Cucamonga office. Thank you for taking care of me!

Fantastic they took away what I hated for many years! And helped me when I’m pain. They don’t let you stay in any pain or discomfort .. thank god for west medical for they changed my life for the good and the staff is amazing .

The Rancho Cucamonga office staff treat you like family! Your health is so important to them they provide you with the best care. The staff and doctors are top notch, they’re the best and ensure they address whatever you need. I recommend this office for your medical care they are so professional and kind. You will definitely get the best care!!!

People is great, great service, Genoveva very helpful accommodating my appointments and helpful. Gracie (injection nurse) provided the best service, very patient and professional. I can’t wait to see my legs free of spider veins and start wearing short dresses and not feeling ashamed.

I highly recommend this office, I've been going there for a few years now for sclerotherapy... I'm so happy with the results. The staff (girls) are very polite and professional. Thank you for that :) ...Dr Sarabi and Gracey and the best.They are very gentle and caring. Will always go back when needed.
