went with my boyfriend to get him checked out. he had been super sick for over a week. doctor came off rude and in a rush. he told my boyfriend nothing was wrong with him. my boyfriend ended up going to another doctor 2 days later, and he ended up leaving there with a pneumonia diagnosis. he’s now on 2 antibiotics. i would be careful coming here & if you get brushed off, get that second opinion!

Turned down my mother would not see her said her Medicare would not go through. Then went to an emergency and they took her Medicare and told her that the urgent care should not have turned her down no matter what but her Medicare was fine

Clinic Director was condescending and unkind. Did not respect concerns of the patient. Other staff, however, at the front desk and supporting staff were quite pleasant and nice. But when one is seeking urgent care, they are hoping the doctor will be more responsive and caring, and in the situation the doctor failed to provide any care or concern. In fact he was somewhat dismissive. And dismissive is not a good trait for doctors to have/sarcasm is not a good trait for doctors. If you were going there to be treated for a serious medical concern, I would suggest another urgent care however, if you're going there, maybe for something minor maybe it would be OK but overall, I would not recommend this unless you were in an absolute desperate situation.

Incompetent front staff, schedulers, and all of the above. By the way, they will schedule you with a PA and call them “Dr.” so be careful. Honestly.. just avoid this place completely.
