After a mammogram in Palm Springs on 8/16/21, I was called back for more detailed imaging (read possible cancer). When I initially called to make the appointment, I was told not until mid-October! After being on hold for HOURS and talking with 4 different schedulers, I got an appointment for 9/7/21 only to have it cancelled by Radnet on 9/3/21 because it wasn't at the Palm Springs facility. NOT ONE of the FOUR schedulers told me that I had to go back to the same facility. After TWO hours on hold on FRIDAY, 9/3, I gave up. I later discovered that their scheduling center is closed on weekends and I just learned that it's also closed today since it's a federal holiday. This is a call center for a network that covers a huge chunk of CA. It's impossible to talk to anyone beyond the schedulers. No matter what number you call to make an appointment (different facilities have different phone numbers), you get the same call center. So I wait until tomorrow to be placed on hold for endless amounts of time to schedule an appointment that will certainly be mid-October or worse. No one should have to wait for TWO months for follow-up work that could save their life! If your doctor ever orders imaging from Radnet, aks them to make it some other provider. Radnet is a business that isn't the least bit concerned about health or treating patients with care and respect. It's a business, period!!!! Do whatever you can to avoid this business!!!!

I will not go back here they are the worst at scheduling. This is the second time in a month I had to wait over 3 hours. I had an appointment and waited for 3 hours long after 5:30 pm there were 3 people still ahead of me. No way Am I waiting any longer. When I go to the front desk to reschedule, She had the nerve to tell me "well they told you it was going to be a long wait" first of all NOBODY told me anything second of all do they think we can just wait forever.  Breast care Center do better get somebody who knows how to schedule without overbooking it's not right!! There were 2 other ladies behind me that had to reschedule.

I had a 12:45 appointment for an ultrasound at the Rancho Mirage office. I did not get my ultrasound until 3:15.  Why do they make appointments if you have to sit around and wait for 2 1/2 hours????

I would like to start by saying my appointment on Monday 4-19-21 was only made great because of the tech who completed my mammogram. We went to the same middle& high school in Torrance. However, they get a 1 because they stole my drivers license & insurance card. If they didn't steal it they lost them both because they were never returned to me and when I went in today to retrieve them they were not able to locate them. To say they placed both items on the clip board and returns them to me is a flat out lie! I never had my items returned to mePERIOD!! I am so pissed off right now. I can barely think

I will NEVER return here! First off, I was sitting in the waiting room for over and hour! Second, the front desk were the most rude women I have ever met in my life! For example, an elderly woman came in and couldn't sit because all the chairs were full and the only one that was vacant had water spilled on it. These women told her to 'deal with it,' so I got up and let her have my seat. This is the worst excuse for a medical facility I have ever been too. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Horrible customer service. Horrible scheduling department. And the lead time to get approved for an MRI is insane. Also, this review is more for the lady with  name of Paula (staff member) who is an extremely rude person. She should not be able to be dealing with customers when she has such a bad attitude and belittles people when they have questions. Just because your miserable Paula doesn't mean you need to rub it off on other people. So sad they have people like this working at a place where people are dealing with such serious medical issues .

Wow... I just called to get a diagnostic mammogram because I found a lump in my breast. Better pray you don't have cancer because you can't get an appointment for 6 to 8 weeks.

I received a message from the breast care center informing me that my appointment was changed to an earlier time three hours before my scheduled appointment time and when I arrive they announce that they are running about an hour and a half behind schedule! Because I drove about 50 miles to get there I decided I would wait. I waited for the time they said and then some only to have to leave and reschedule the appointment. My actual appointment took less than five minutes and it was painful. Friendly enough staff up front but the tech could take lessons from them. I'm not a fan.

I've been to this location a few times for mammograms, nothing fancy and I have no complaints. The staff here are friendly and professional. The tech that did the mammogram was excellent. The waiting room was pretty crowded with patients or just people in general, so I expected to wait awhile, I filled out my paperwork and was out of there within an hour of my appointment time.
