Fast and efficient staff
Nice staff in Radiology (5 stars), but every other aspect was 0 stars. I had an evening MRI appointment, and between being left in the dark (literally) as I waited for previous appointment to finish, and the facts that no proper ear protection was provided and then I was left completely alone to find my way to my car (I am over 70 and unable to walk well)....well, disappointing experience does not begin to cover it! As a side note, I found a nice young man in another office that accompanied me to my car.(I am not computer savvy, so my daughter has entered this review for me)
This Dr. has the personality of a bag of flour. Another self -important individual who does not take into regard the concerns of the loved ones or care givers.
** Review written approximately 1-15-21. Monica Khanna... never explained the damage she was going to cause. Stage zero cancer, never discussed other options. Plays psychological games, taking advantage of patients. Responded to letter I wrote with responses about herself other than addressing my concerns. Causing unhealthy letter exchanges.** Approximately 1-15-21. Thank you for the response. Gave my information as requested received email in response that I would be contacted.** 1-31-21...Notice still have not received follow up call.** 2-24-21 Still no call... just how serious do you take these concerns? Don't call me because it's clear you don't care. Pull all those letters I wrote Dr Khanna the ones where she's so busy defending herself over the patient. That right there told me she didn't care. The part about her dropping me as a patient was classical as well. I dropped her years prior.
I accompanied my Aunt on her last visit to the office for a biopsy and the staff were all very professional one who stood out to be exceptional in all areas my Aunt and i agreed was Lilly,I'm not sure if she was a nurse or assistant but either or she is exceptional at what she does, thank you!
He is terrible at explaining anything and everything. Terrible bed side manner. Terrible course of treatment plans. Thank god for a second opinion because he lost interest in care by the third chemo. Didn’t even tell me it was stage four. Couldn’t say enough bad things about his abilities as a doc.
Dr. Dasanu is a great doctor and every body is very nice with patients...they were the only ones that found why and what was causing my mom to have anemia...
Some of the nurses are insensitive to the patient needs and the aides are borderline rude. The reception staff are super nice. The nurses need to be kinder to patients and family members, especially knowing that they're dealing with cancer patients who may be facing death. Bobbie stands out as being especially abrasive. This shouldn't just be a job...this is where care comes in to play.
Dr. Ahmad might try giving some thought to Quality of Life in regards to cancer patients instead of calling them defensive if they have suffered terrible side effects from cancer drugs and are hesitant about destroying their QOL further. Some real compassion and really listening to what his patients are trying to express might help his success in communicating.
The nurses here in the infusion center are among the best. I had allergic reactions to an IV infusion...and they were right there! Caring, compassionate, and wonderful ladies! Thank you so much for your continued care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
