Tried scheduling an appointment for my daughter, receptionist Thalia called and left a message. Intentionally within the last 10 minutes of closing knowing they won't answer. I called back immediately and of course no answer. I called 4 more times during the course of the week. The other receptionist just kept saying, "sorry Thalia isn't here today." Today, my last and final attempt the receptionist finally said, "we aren't calling anyone back at the moment." I asked why she didn't just say that instead of wasting my time. Fast forward a couple of hours and she finally calls today and of course 10 minutes before closing and had the nerve to say it was her 3rd attempt to get ahold of me. I let it go to voicemail because why bother with that headache. Long story short- avoid here, receptionist are unprofessional, deceitful and you won't get your medical needs addressed properly.
I saw Doctor Devlin for the first time. He is kind, compassionate, professional and thorough. All the staff were respectful and kind and explained everything on what was going to happen through the entire visit. The only negative is the long wait list to get an appointment. But that seems to be the case with specialists here in the CV, a shortage of doctors and health care staff.
Pennie, thank u for calling me back and taking your time on phone with me! You are the best !
Staff has always been very friendly and offered a very welcoming experience as well as helping me accommodate my appointments around my busy work schedule. Doctor helped get my allergies under control before peak allergy season hit and I have been grateful ever since.
Took more than 2 months to get an allergy appointment here and that was only accomplished after I had to contact my Primary Care doctor. This place doesn't return phone calls or anything else. Front desk staff (I guess the office manager because the actual worker-bee didn't show up until 10 minutes after my appointment time) is interesting and appeared to not have a Clue as to what to do, how things worked, what she was doing. Dr. Minocha, while he did spent a goodly amount of time with me, blew me and my symptoms off. Telling me based on my most recent allergy test - I probably had "non allergic rhinitis" but he'd been wrong before. I asked for an actual allergy test but was told "because of COVID" (still using that old and tired excuse) someone would call me in about 2 weeks to schedule an allergy test. I asked why I couldn't do it right then and was told that Medicare requires a separate appointment. Checked with Medicare on that one and they never heard of such a thing. Called back after a week to see if I could then schedule an appointment for the following week.....was told someone would call me back the middle of May (which would be a month after I saw this guy). Honest to God, I don't know how Eisenhower anything stays in business or how it gets "quality" ratings from any place. Obviously people are not patients there and don't get treatment like this. Will not go back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
