Appreciate so much Dr. Batarse and the care he gives! He returns calls personally and gives regular follow up visits to better manage chronic condition.

Dr. Batarse is a talented, kind and knowledgable Nephrologist. I have a rare disease that's been misdiagnosed for 14 plus years. Dr. Batarse had a potential diagnosis within 10 minutes, and i had a successful treatment plan within 2 months of testing and trying various combinations of medications. The staff treat me with respect and especially when I was still have scary episodes of illness. Dr. Batarse always returned my phone calls, even on Saturday mornings when I was sick and really scared. On top of all that, he has a great personality and a sense of humor. I don't know what else he could possibly do to improve. If your illness effects your kidney in any easy, you want Dr. Batarse to guide your treatment and recovery.

Dr. Batarse is the first specialist I’ve worked with that returns my calls quickly, listens to my concerns and deals with them in a precise and professional manner. He treats me with respect at all times. One of his staff in particular is stellar in her ability to handle and solve problems. When there is any confusion or communication breakdown, I always relax when Gilly answers the phone. She actively listens to the issue and takes appropriate steps to resolve it. I am so relieved that Dr. Batarse has taken me on as a patient. My issues require regular communication and sometimes quick changes in medication, and frequent lab tests, and some of my symptoms if ignored could be life threatening. Sometimes my symptoms can be frightening and both Gilly and the doctor do not diminish my feelings, but understand my concerns. We’re still actively working on the exact treatment, but I trust the doctors systematic approach, and I’m much less frightened about my situation than I’ve been in many years. Thank you Dr. Batarse and staff. I appreciate each of you.

It’s a shamed I have to give even 1 star, My husband was in the hospital for a couple of weeks, ended up having heart surgery and then having to be put on dialysis, he’s been out of work for a few weeks now, I have called countless times asking to have his disability papers signed, always getting a answer, oh I understand all get to it in a few days, we’ll those days have turned into months, I don’t know about other people but it’s hard enough having to have your life turned upside down and then not having any income coming in because you’re Dr. won’t sign your paper work, I hope and pray that nothing like this ever happens to you Dr. Batarsé because life it’s self is hard enough, and not having any income just makes it’s so much harder!!

Everyone at this office is great! The front desk staff and MAs are always so friendly and Dr. Batarse is really knowledgeable and very open and honest. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things and answer questions. I also saw (I believe she is a PA or NP) and she was also really good.

Dr Batarse is one of the most caring doctor's. His staff is also very caring. I received a call on my Birthday just to wish me a Happy Birthday. What a class act. God Bless him and his office.

We met Dr. Batarse in at Eisenhower Med Ctr in Rancho Mirage. From the first moment we met him we knew we were fortunate to have him on our medical team. He is genuine and takes his time making sure we understand the medical situation. Kudos to Dr. Batarse. Thank you for your expertise and caring manor.

When we went. There was a nurse who did the low blood iron blood infusion. She was good. The other was not a nurse but nurse prationer. Instead of thoroughly checking mothers leg and examining, she put her hand under it for five seconds Like checking run in stocking. Turns out mother had infected ulcers-could Have died or lost her leg.. Call Dr. Alvarado in PS, PD. Top flute nephrologist. Rosa the receptionist is nice, answering service-You bet your life.
