Let it be known , Vibra IS THE PLACE , without a doubt. You looking for that hospital you can depend on to treat you or your loved one with dignity and compassion because you know how awful Desert Regional can be and how over- stretched Eisenhower (great place too) is ? Look no further ! Holy smokes , I'm blown away with the treatment I received from Vibra ( Ashley , Misty , Anna , Taylor , Carla , Chandra ,and the rest who's names elude me !) these Nurses and their assistants have got this business wrapped up in a league of their own. (Never did they break character even after I did). Professionals, professionals, professionals ! And such Beautiful Women ! Yeah , whoever does the hiring around here is obviously a Man and has created a blissful environment- perfect for healing.Ahh but , coming back around to compliment this creation , let me tell you about the food service here: TOP NOTCH !!! I received better service here than I have in any 5 star hotel or restaurant in my life ! The Chef(s) here would make Gordon Ramsey VERY pleased. They've tailor- made every meal to my exact specs without fail - and added the extra touch of Flavour that sets this Kitchen above all the rest. And the Servers here were exceptional and worthy of the best praise for their eye in detail. All the way down to a packet of sugar , they've outdone what I thought made a great Server( I was a Waiter for 10 yrs once) Top Notch through and through. They should open this kitchen to the general public.Overall , I've done what I could to stay as long as conceivably possible here. It's the first hospital EVER, that I tried to stay longer.Thank you Vibra ! Management has got this business down to a science. Kudos !

Have more options and don’t hold your breath to this facility.. Very unprofessional staff communication is not the best.. apparently doctors are incompetent to take a patient in their care! Especially being Rancho Mirage area! No need to deny a patient that is healthy and ready for short term acute care..

The staff is RUDE and will make you stand in 115 degree weather. Hope you're not in rush when you go here, cause no one in staff seems to care about your time.

Vibra at Rancho Mirage was a great place for our dad to start recovering from his lumbar fracture. The staff is wonderful and caring from the moment you walk in. Nutrition Services made sure they provided him meals he would enjoy, even surprising him with a grilled cheese sandwich and Nursing immediately took action when we had a concern about one of his medication changes. To all of the staff, a huge Thank You!!

The Physical Therapy Staff, especially Katherine, Tabor, Nancy, Karla & Zach are very attentive to individual needs and overall amazing!! Nurse Anna and Nurse Mark should receive a Nurse of the year award! The only reason I am not giving 5 Stars is due to the nation wide shortage of SKILLED Staff. You will need a lot of patience to get through the nights here and their Pain Management is non-existent, they really do not listen to what your needs are in regards to pain.But thank you to everyone at VIBRA for your help and rehab of my BK amputation!! The chicken & cheese Quesadilla and Chef Salads were delicious!, thanks Cyndi and Chef!

For starters, the visitation is limited to 2 people and that’s it. They’re so rude when it comes to that, If you come and visit someone, and they have 2 people already, you you have to wait outside where the sun is scorching. They don’t even let you stay in the building. They don’t let you use the family room either but nurses are always in there talking and laughing. When my friend would push the nurse button they would take forever to arrive to the room, completely disregarding if it was an emergency. So sad that way this place is run, the case manager just apologized but did nothing to change it.

I really don’t even know where to start, this place is not only irresponsible for their actions, but their irresponsibility pales in comparison to their incognizance on health care. Our family friend had been admitted here, in Rancho Mirage, and fell victim to negligence of the staff here. They fell under their supervision and the staff failed to admit to their mistakes and blamed the patient (our friend) also the nurses, in particular Ashley was always on her phone and was seen on social media at the nurses station several times. The stress that the treatment of our friend has brought on their family is really unacceptable & sad.

this is my second time as a guest at Vibra. the healthcare was outstanding, staff was professional & caring. providing superior care. above& beyond. seeing the smile in Lisa's eyes really calmed my anxiety upon arrival. While Lisa is doing an excellent job with the visitation stuff. I really missed seeing her on the floor all the time.

My mom was there for literally 15 hours. She was stable when she got there and not real mobile. My mom said that they picked her up put her on the toilet and left her there. I'm not sure if that's the reason why she had an increase in her blood pressure but the ambulance was called just as we arrived. THANK GOD! Then the head nurse proceeded to tell the paramedics that my mom didn't want to leave when she told us "get me out of here*! Do not put anyone you love in this facility!!!!!

I was at VIBRA Rehabilitation Hospital for three weeks and was pleased with the service, the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I am a Vegan and the Kitchen Manager was extremely accommodating in trying to make things Vegan. the food was better than most institutional food.  Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy were both done by fully trained and compassionate staff. i was paralyzed upon entry from waste down and could walk a few steps upon departure 21 days later.  i couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend VIBRA.
