For starters, the visitation is limited to 2 people and that’s it. They’re so rude when it comes to that, If you come and visit someone, and they have 2 people already, you you have to wait outside where the sun is scorching. They don’t even let you stay in the building. They don’t let you use the family room either but nurses are always in there talking and laughing. When my friend would push the nurse button they would take forever to arrive to the room, completely disregarding if it was an emergency. So sad that way this place is run, the case manager just apologized but did nothing to change it.

I really don’t even know where to start, this place is not only irresponsible for their actions, but their irresponsibility pales in comparison to their incognizance on health care. Our family friend had been admitted here, in Rancho Mirage, and fell victim to negligence of the staff here. They fell under their supervision and the staff failed to admit to their mistakes and blamed the patient (our friend) also the nurses, in particular Ashley was always on her phone and was seen on social media at the nurses station several times. The stress that the treatment of our friend has brought on their family is really unacceptable & sad.

I was at VIBRA Rehabilitation Hospital for three weeks and was pleased with the service, the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I am a Vegan and the Kitchen Manager was extremely accommodating in trying to make things Vegan. the food was better than most institutional food.  Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy were both done by fully trained and compassionate staff. i was paralyzed upon entry from waste down and could walk a few steps upon departure 21 days later.  i couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would highly recommend VIBRA.

My dad admitted to Vibra after a long hospital stay for therapy before coming home. He had a great experience and felt the nursing and therapy staff took great care of him. We would highly recommend!

My grandfather went to Vibra after suffering a stroke. I can't say enough good things about the care he received while there! The nursing staff was very professional and attended to all of his needs with kindness and compassion. The therapy team, doctors and administration staff are all great and communicated every step of the way. I would not hesitate to admit myself or a family member to Vibra if the need arises again!

Long Story Short, My Son Was In A Car Accident On Easter Sunday, 2 Days Later He Had Surgery On His Leg and Arm, 5 Days Later Without Proper Physical Therapy From The Hospital He Was Transferred To This Facility And Vibra Rehabilitation Hospital Now Wants To Release Him On Thursday While He Still Can't Walk!.. I Have Left A Few Messages In The Last Couple Of Days For Someone To Please Return My Call Because I Have A Few Concerned Questions But Nobody Has Took Any Time To Do So. What Does Someone Have To Do To Be Able To Speak With Someone Who Is In Charge At This Hospital???At This Time I Feel That Patients Aren't A Priority At This Hospital Because If They Were, Someone Would Take The Time To Return A Phone Call!

Received both vaccines at Vibra. Excellent facility and staff.After many horrid stories and my own inability to secure a vaccine, I was great full to get a return call from Todd telling me I had an appointment.Thank you all involved with the facility, it was a very pleasant experience.

I recently had two interactions with Vibra Rehab, and on both occasions I was completely pleased with the level of professionalism and care with which I was treated.  Organized, efficient, friendly and patient - highest recommendation for this fine facility and its staff.

I wish to thank everyone at Vibra Rehabilitation Hospital of Rancho Mirage where I received my first Moderna vaccination. Everything went far better than expected from the on-line application through the vaccination process.Upon arrival at Vibra I was welcomed by a friendly and well-organized staff. The forms they provided were clear, precise and easy to fill out. I was apprehensive about being vaccinated due to allergies (I carry an EpiPen), but the staff assured me that protocols were in place for allergic reactions. Five minutes after turning in my forms I was summoned for my shot. I was nervous, but Nurse Kylie reassured me that all would be well. A pharmacist also reviewed my list of allergies prior to the injection. Before I knew it I was vaccinated.I went to the waiting area. The facility is lovely and I chose to sit outdoors in a park-like setting. A nurse and/or the pharmacist checked in on me every 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes, and with no sign of a reaction, I left.I was impressed by the facility. The staff was caring, knowledgeable and efficient. There was no waiting or lag time. Though it was early in the vaccination distribution process, Vibra Rehabilitation Hospital was on top of it. They were extremely organized in administering the vaccine, while also maintaining physical distancing as appropriate. I felt safe and cared for.
