Dr Cohn at Coastal Regenerative Orthopedics has treated several injuries I've had over the last few years with PRP and I've had tremendous results. Most recently was a elbow tendon injury - similar to golfer elbow where the pain kept me up at night, but shortly after treatment I am back to a full nights sleep and anxious to get back to the gym. Dr Cohn has also treated my daughter, who is a professional athlete, with PRP and Stem cell and got her back to competing again quickly. Can't say enough about the tremendous results my daughter and I've had with their treatment.

I saw Dr. Cohen for my knee. I was told that at 52 I needed a knee replacement. I went there for an alternative. Dr. Cohen and his staff are top notch! So caring and thorough. I feel like I have had a miracle. Almost zero down time. The platelet and stem cell procedures are not covered by insurance but worth every penny. Thanks Goldcoast!!

I took my mom in to see Dr.Cohen for a second opinion on the shoulder issue she is having. I had heard really good things and was hoping she may be able to avoid surgery altogether, but wanted to hear from him first.Atmosphere: As soon as we got to the office the front desk (Thea & and assistant) greeted us and walked us through the new patient process. Everything was simple and the office was clean/well put together. They were friendly and it was a peaceful atmosphere.Care: Dr. Cohen came in and took the time to listen to my mom, hear her concerns, and asked very specific/clear questions. He explained everything he was doing and warned her when things may hurt. He did an ultrasound of her shoulder and explained everything that was going on and in laymen's terms!Diagnoses: He was straightforward and kind. He let us know what was the best option and why. My experience was amazing for it being my first time doing lip fillers. I was surprised to learn the experience was not as painful as I expected. I was very nervous but Kassie made this experience a whole lot better with her positive energy.  I will be going back again to get more filler when mine dissolve.

I am In love with my results! I recently got lip fillers by Kassie and the results are amazing. I wanted a natural look with some plump and Kassie made my vision come to life! Dr. Ronald Cohen is a true professional.  He was able to answer my questions and give me peace of mind with his thorough evaluation and explanation of my painful condition. His use of a model of the spine and online graphics helped me see exactly from where the pain was emanating. He was able to accurately diagnose the pain source. For me I was nervous about getting lip fillers for the first time ever and was intimidated about who go to. I connected with their Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Kassandra Marin who is really friendly and professional. Normally I'd prefer in person consultations but totally understand we had to initially connect virtually because of COVID. I told Kassandra my needs and wants and she educated me on the entire process. Less than 15 minutes later of talking I felt so comfortable to just book my appointment with her. We decided to go with one full Syringe of Juvederm for my filler. She didn't leave me in the dark about anything leading up to the days of my appointment. She was so thorough about pre and post operation instructions to minimize swelling and bruising. I followed her direction exactly as she instructed and my results are beautiful and I barely had any bruising. During the procedure she was gentle, quick and provided me the tools needed to distract myself from any sort of pain. I was honestly not nervous at all and she made me feel at ease the entire time. I knew I could trust her with my beauty goals long term. With my goals in mind she has set some realistic expectations in place to achieve my results. I already want to schedule my next appointment because I'm so obsessed with my results. Their entire staff is friendly and take covid protocols seriously. I order for me to continue with the appointment I had to test negative of course for covid which is a test they provide. I have a lot of respect for this practice and would absolutely recommend Kassandra on behalf of Coastal Regenerative for fillers, esthetics and all around exceptional beauty experience.

So glad I chose to come here for my first botox! The doctor / nurses / staff were so kind and made me feel very comfortable before getting my first botox. Kassandra is the nurse that helped me with the botox. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything in detail. She started off with marking the areas that the needles will go into and injected the botox shortly after. The procedure itself went by quickly! I definitely recommend my friends and family to come here. If you go here, ask for Kassandra :)

I live two hours away and came in about two weeks ago. I got Botox and lip filler with Kassandra Holmes and wow !!!! She definitely did an amazing job and I immediately loved my results. She described to me what she was going to do which helped soothe my nerves. I was very comfortable throughout the process, she made this an easy and fun experience. As I ran down the stairs to catch a subway, this popped into my head. Probably because I heard Dr. Cohen started a new practice and I wanted to give him some accolades. A few years ago I was doing a lot of running and experiencing extreme heel pain. I was constantly limping with both feet. Stairs were my nemesis, hobbling down them one step at a time. I went to a few different doctors who told me to stretch, take NSAIDs and ice. It helped mildly. Or the alternative: cut my Achilles, grind down my heel bone and reattach it... On a whim I went to see Dr Cohen. Using the ultrasound, he saw a lot of damage in the Achilles on both heels. He was honest while saying platelets "may" help, but he was not optimistic it would. I was tired of literally side stepping down stairs, so I went ahead with it. It took about six weeks, but one day I realized I hadn't taken any turmeric, ibuprofen or Aleve... And it was well into the afternoon. There was nothing else about my regime that I had changed. While I have run a bit, I'm hesitant to push it, so it's not that often or frequent, but I can. And even better, I rarely take NSAIDs. I wake up in the morning and I can walk down the stairs to feed my cats. I can walk and stand at work all day. I can run down a flight of stairs and catch the subway. Thanks, Doctor Ron—it's a medical miracle!
